It's possible but Hillary has a lot of obstacles to overcome. First she has to win the primaries to be nominated for the Presidency by Democratics. Even though she leads in the polls at this stage, this does not guaratee anything. Remember Howard Dean, he was the leading Democratic in presidential polls early on also, but fizzled out to John Kerry.
Secondly, Hillary's favorable placing in the polls and among Democrats is mostly from being associated with Bill Clinton's Presidency. That has pros and cons with it that I won't go into detail about. Let's just say when family values comes into Presidential play, Hillary will be on a similiar explanation tree with Rudy Guiliani. Also Hillary's position on the Iraqi War has changed without admitting that it has changed. If she's not careful she could labeled a "flip-flopper" like John Kerry.
In a general election, trusting Hillary to handle the War on Terror will be important obstacle as well for her becoming President. The War on Terror is against groups and countries that have very confined roles for women. A President Hillary Clinton could embolden terrorist groups and terrorist-sponsoring countries that America has gone soft.

One thing I have learned is to never count a Clinton out in an election. That said, I personally do not think she will win the general election and here is why. Bill Clinton was an expert at what is known as triangulation. He always positions himself as above the fray. Democrats on one side, Republicans on the other and Bill always positioned as the third way.
Bill Clinton had no real core values or particular agenda he was seeking to promote so for him positioning himself was no problem. He also was charming and likable. But even with all this, even with one of the most ruthless campaign teams money could buy he still only got elected because of Perot. Bill Clinton never got more that 46% of the vote. That means more people voted against him than for him.
Hillary is another case entirely. She has a very strong radical left wing agenda and powerful socialist core values. She is not charming and is not particularly likeable. Her voice is annoying and if she starts to speak passionately about anything she sounds shrill.
Finally, no candidate in history with such high negative opinion numbers ever won the election. I would not take her candidacy lightly but she has a lot of obstacles to overcome.

At first, I thought it would be horrible because a crazy *** white women yelling at the US and congress would be a total disaster. Then I remembered that Bill & Hillary joined together to make a team. Bill Clinton was a badass president. If Hillary wins, that means Bill Clinton will make decisions again, thus a win for the USA.

America is not ready for a female President. Even more so America should not be ready for another Clinton. Hillary seems to still be preaching "Healthcare! Healthcare!" However she tried to tackle the health care system during Bill's terms and failed. She does not seem to have any real plans. She appears to be rattling off the same political rhetoric as every other candidate. We need another Andrew Jackson.

So far she is without a doubt the best qualified for the job, she should be our next President.
Another White Male in the White House--at this juncture--will not gain us the world trust we must once again strive for.
