He got 2y to life, and every time he goes in front of the parole board they don`t let him go, his case manager makes it hard for him to get out do you think she is lying and treating him wrongly? I think they can lie because all they want is his money.. Also he has to do classes before he can get out and he has been in for 9 years now.. So he has to fill out a application to do these classes and I spoke to the people and they said he has not don't it ..I know for a fact he has, he has filled out many applications, and he is suppose to be on a waiting list like everyone else. He has filled out the applications to do the class, but they are saying he has not filled it out,, and i myself am a witness . I I saw it with my own eyes (copy) so i know he has. Can the law lie about someone if they don't like him or her?? If he is being treated wrong what can he do besides talking to the fed like i am now? the fed said something is wrong to me personally. 3 3 questions in one Sorry. Hope to get good answers

I have known him for over 20 years and yes, he never has been in trouble before sine i have known him and i was little ,he has always been a good person inside, if i say what he is in for, you all might not take it nicely and fly off with bad answerz right away without really thinking, I don`t like what he did and he feels like **** to, but here`s a hint; she teased him and over seas it`s normal for this action...Please think about it first before fling off with a bad answer..They treat all who is in there 4 the same reason the same way and they let Murders go. As far as i know he has never lied to me..I have even gotten into the applications myself so i know he has filled them out..and it could be a long waiting list but, come on 9 years now, and the judge gave him 2...

Don't do the crime, if you can't do the time.

You may have seen the copy of the application, but do you know if he actually has submitted it to the right people? Maybe he hasn't.
It would help to know if you knew him before he went to prison, or did you meet him after he was in? What crime did he commit?
Maybe the victims of the crime are at the parole hearings, and they certainly have an impact on the board.
I would suggest you learn more about what actually happened, if you don't already know, and not take this person at his word. Regardless of how good a friend he seems to be.

You've provided no information about why he's in prison in the first place. How can anybody give you an answer. But I don't want people who will menace society released from prison.

you don't say what he went in for but if he got 2 years to life and already having parole board appointments , our system is letting us down

not being hateful , just stating my opinion , maybe it will change if you provide more info

His case manager could hate his guts, but why would she want to keep him around to aggravate her. She would be more apt to push him through the system, to get him off of her case load. You saw his copy, but how do you know for sure that he turned it in, or that it was properly filled out. He may be stalling you to gain sympathy, and to keep you coming to see him.

2 years to life that's a ******. As far as his case manager making it hard for him to get out,I would like you to call her and tell that I said thank you for doing your job and I would love to buy her dinner some time. Finally some one is doing their job.

the only way to get a life sentence in any state is aggravated sexual assault, murder with premeditation and aggravated armed robbery. most of these people will never get a parole in any state.
