in my town thier are at least 3 reasteraunts that have illegles working in the kitchen taking jobs from our kids. how do we stop this nonsence

Proof would be great. I always find it amazing how people KNOW for a fact that illegals are working in their neighborhood. Just because they're Hispanic and speak Spanish instead of English doesn't mean their illegal. I feel like I'm talking to a third grader.

Well first, I think you need to get some education upgrades before worrying about illegal immigrants. Second, you cant prove that those people working there are actually illegal, and by you assuming this, makes you a stereotypical person. Also the police have no control over immigration laws, as that is a Federal matter handled by the Immigration and Naturalization Services. How about you dont worry about it, and have your kids get a job elsewhere.

Unless you live along the Mexican border and see more than usual vandalism and crime by them,
think a few seconds about how dangerous some all-American neighborhoods have been for at least a few decades, and as I see it, the illegals working in the resturants it's because they appreciate the opportunity, unlike many US citizens, who only want to demand their rights and start at the top, so since they can't they turn to crime and more violence per capita than the illegals.

The problem is that the companies that let illegals work at their job sites are not prosecuted regularly. You have to turn them in to the ICE (immigration & custom enforcement.)
We had a meat packing facility have a huge sweep where I live. Several people were deported. Several people were arrested for possessing stolen identities. Then, a few months later, ICE showed up again, in the same meat packing facility, and the same thing happened again. The company will be fined if they allow illegal aliens continue to work for them.

I quess that I wasnt aware that police officers were responsible for monitoring immagration laws.If they were to stop and check each indivdual for a green card then run in the ones that dont have one they would have to add many more officers to the force.Its the federal gov.that are the ones that are suppose to take care of these matters and they have tasks force trained to do that.My question is why arent the good citizens in your town allowing these owners to get away with this,perhaps you need to form a committee and adress the town counsel and have them get into the proper authorities to investigate the situation.

You are supposed to learn how to spell or at least use spell check....
You should also see that your children are good CITIZENS so they don't need the jobs that ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS have and have them get a good education so they don't buy into the NONSENSE that you do.
Hopefully, there will be some good RESTAURANTS around THEIR college
