Every year all that seems to happen is:
- More people in debt
- Crime up
- Health service in tatters
- Superbugs out of control (MRSA etc)
- Stealth taxes at every corner
- No control on illegals + asylum seekers
- Gangs controling cities instead of police
- Proposed ID cards
- Street names in Arabic
- 17 year old girl with 3 kids

I think this country has been on a road to ruin for a while now but sadly it's gone too far down that road to turn back.

I believe it's time to have a bit of heart and revolt - at least try and make this country GREAT again.

Why do we just sit back and let ourselves be dealt all this c**p??

or lose them... arent we all just renting?

Is this right?

And also, how is it just that I have to pay the government for the right to work?

Isnt that kinda like a mob style protection racket?

Is the IRS really just a legally endorsed crimminal syndicate?

Ron Paul does. Paul has stated that he believes the government has no business getting involved in the right to contract. This would mean Paul supports a corporation's right to fix prices and monopolize markets; that workers need no assistance from government when bargaining for wages or benefits; that labor laws be struck off the books as they are an inference in said right to contract; that all health and safety laws be done away with as to allow a person the right to contract away his health and safety it it suits him or her.

Are these the kind of freedoms you really want? If so, Ron Paul will give them to you and plenty more.

My point is that if a child is left home alone in this country(uk). The parents would face criminal charges for abandonment. We all know from the media what happened in portugal to young Madaline.
To those who dont know she was left in her apartment with her 2 younger siblings whilst her parents when out for a meal, although they were only about 50ft away at a local bar she was taken from their apartment.

I know some of u will think this question is heartless for the way the parents must be feeling but this is for the sake of other children who's parent do the same as the Mcann's

OK I thought that the Tax Credit system (UK) was supposed to encourage people to go out and find work, by topping up the earnings of the lowest income workers to a decent level, making them better off than if they were on benefits? Yes? No?

We get both Working and Child Tax Credit as my other half is on a low wage and I'm at home with our 9 month old son. I've been told that if you are in receipt of WTC you can get up to 70% of your childcare fees paid if you want to find a job.

OK, so I start looking for a part time job to get me out of the house and bring in some extra money. And what do I find?

Only that, if I get a part time job our income as a "household" goes up which means we either lose our WTC entitlement or have is significantly reduced to virtually nothing. Plus in doing so we also lose our entitlement to Childcare so in essence I would be working but would be worse off.

How does this make sense? I love being at home with my baby but the extra £ would help.

Just wondering, as you see stories of people being arrested for ridiculous things only for the case to ultimately be thrown out of court in the papers all the time.

She said "I wanted to see if the dog would walk around me"

She has her sight, this is how rediculous things are getting.

QHay lady you know why the dog would'nt walk around you?

So many lawsuits are getting out of hand in this country like people suing McDonald's 'cause they got fat? WTF

School suspends boy for sketching gun
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070822/ap_on_re_us/brf_gun_sketch_suspension;_ylt=AjYC3BaHDe61l3PU4Ivz3vVvzwcF
MESA, Ariz. - School officials suspended a 13-year-old boy for sketching what looked like a gun, saying the action posed a threat to his classmates.

The boy's parents said the drawing was a harmless doodle and school officials overreacted.

"The school made him feel like he committed a crime. They are doing more damage than good," said the boy's mother, Paula Mosteller.

The drawing did not show blood, bullets, injuries or target any human, the parents said. And the East Valley Tribune reported that the boy said he didn't intend for the picture to be a threat.

I know a police officer has to have probable cause to pull you over. Does probably cause include saying "You don't have a front license plate?" Well, I was driving past you going about 50 when it was dark. Then, when you point out to the cop that there IS a front license plate, he says..."Well, you backlights aren't working." And you say, "Well, yes they are, my dashboard warning lights says they are out, but the lights work fine." Once this is proved to the officer, he says, "Well, you were driving erratically." Then proceeds to arrest you for DUI. But, on the police report, he puts down, "Pull so-and-so over for no front license plate, I confirmed there was a front license plate, but then noticed while standing at the back of her car (which, may I add, was turned completely off!!!) that her rear lights weren't working. He never wrote anything about me driving erratically!!! Will this hold in court as probably cause???

NAACP is excepted
but if white people made a NAAWP they would be called racists

If a person calls an indevidual the "N" in a derragatory way they are racist, and can be sued, fired or suspended from a school but if somebody calls a white person, whitey, cracker, or honkey they get away with it.

Why can there be a United ***** College Fund but if there was a White one they would be racist.

The thing is I'm against these groups.

They only divide us and foster hate.

I hate Jesse Jackass and Al Sharptounge!

I'm not an Uncle Ruckas either I'm ghetto but I hate when we blame the "man" for problems we can fix ourselves

From among those four, which one do you suppose would receive the most votes for President?

I think they'd all come out about even. Lincoln said: "You can fall some of the people some of the time but you can't fool all of the people all of the time."

Nothing has changed since Lincoln's times: there are still about the same number of fools.
