Democracy is the best experience of modern human race. But still have some deficiency. In free USA election G. bush and in free Palestine election Hamas and in perfectly free France election sarkosy and etc, can be easily elected by their own people. Actually in recent years, conservatives have been more successful. One reason can be old people that are mostly influenced by Medias that are directed by powerful conservatives. Maybe if the election was only on youth, they wouldn’t be elected. But we know it is generally is not a wisely solution not to let old people participate in elections! So how can we reach real and optimum result of democracy?

We can do without the constant flow of foriegn "diplomats" that are assosiated with the UN, many of whom are simply spies, and at worst terrorists. Wouldn't it be a good thing for our national security if the UN headquarters moved to Europe?

The Pentagon / High Command failing to supply the US Iraq military with the preriquisite numbers of mine resistant armour protection vehicles!

More military lives put in jeopadry and unecessary / unacceptable risk. Production is on time; its a "delivery hang-up" (shipping).

The US Airforce has its fleet of massive cargo carriers. So why isn't the Pentagon insisting the High Command mobilisation them immediately to effect prompt delivery?

Why isn't President Bush kicking their ass (the high command)as well. Hes voicing "we'll stay there to we finish the job".

OK, Instead of spending more unnecessary Amercian and allied military lives - why not a co-ordinated airlift to do the job?

I hope everyone who see's this will rally round and throw their 10 cents in. All the military in Iraq need every ounce of support with this. Their lives are important to us. Damned the purse strings!

Hopefully the President will order it done with the upmost priority.

Giuliani is making the same argument---the only way to deal with the world is through military strength. Peace by force is the new Republican mantra.

Maybe they can get Jesse (The Body) Ventura to be Secretary of State so he can body-slam world leaders into dazed submission.

This media campaign by Bush-whacker and Radio Rudy is clearly designed to get out in front, by a couple of weeks, what will be an all-out effort to sway public opinion by overselling the significance of the Petraeus report next month. "Limited military success" will be spun into "victory is at hand."

Bush seems to think he can defeat the comparisons to Viet Nam by making the argument that Viet Nam should serve as an example of why the U.S.A. should never withdraw without a clear victory.

The logic is so bent it's hard to believe that these knuckle-draggers manage to dress themselves in the morning.

Let's say the illiberals got their way and the so-called fairness doctrine was brought back and all views had to be given equal time on talk radio. When the topic of abortion comes up, would equal time have to be given to the pro-life view, the pro-choice view, and the pro-death view? I'm sure they could find some wackos that would enjoy telling people why every fetus must die.

If the fascist doctrine were brought back, what's to stop someone that's pro-death from getting equal time to talk on public airwaves? Or should this be allowed? After all, no one has the right to say what views are valid and what aren't. Should equal time also be given to the person that thinks only a certain race of people should be aborted?

Socialists and Neocons versus Ron Paul
Bryan Edds
Lew Rockwell.com
Wednesday Aug 22, 2007
From my experience, people who attack libertarians such as Ron Paul are often not serious about ideas. I have noticed the individuals who deride Dr. Paul do so mostly with shallow and dishonest attacks.
Take the various socialists and welfare-statists who attack Ron Paul. I understand they support nationalizing healthcare while generally being against the occupation of Iraq. Because they oppose the occupation, they should find a powerful ally in someone as principally opposed to it as Ron Paul. Take also the neoconservatives in the mass (minded) media such as Faux News who attack and omit Dr. Paul. I understand they support the occupation of the Middle East but also believe government should be strictly limited in accordance with traditional conservative ideas (right? right???). In Ron Paul, they have a great opportunity to highlight these at least rhetorical parallels while simultaneously expressing reasonable disagreements. Because of these considerations, I believe it reasonable to expect a certain amount of give and take among the three camps, if only for practical reasons.
What I have experienced instead has been a surreal and dishonest two-front attack against Ron Paul. No argument seems to be too trivial or irrelevant for the anti-Paulians to make. They seem to be bringing up every possible issue (real or imagined) against Ron Paul in the hopes something – anything – will stick.

Consider:
While the President gets dictatorial power to spy on and indefinitely kidnap innocent Americans, socialists and neocons speculate wildly about Ron Paul supporters "spamming" internet polls.
While thousands of men, women, and children violently die in Iraq and Afghanistan, socialists and neocons misrepresent Ron Paul's refusal to fund stem cell research.
While the Bush administration plots to drop nuclear weapons on Iran, socialists and neocons spin every single Ron Paul victory to be meaningless or nonexistent.
While people suffer without healthcare because government intervention makes it unaffordable to the poor, socialists and neocons distort a decade-old mishap Ron Paul had with one of his previous ghostwriters.
Where they manage to attack Dr. Paul’s ideas directly, they do so with increasingly ineffective arguments. Consider further:
While the Constitution is trashed and mocked by all three branches, socialists and neocons talk about how Ron Paul's message of rule of law is anachronistic.
While government at all levels rob the people blind, socialists and neocons sneer at Ron Paul’s suggestion to get rid of the Federal income tax.
While the American economy further implodes due to the boom and bust cycle created by the Federal Reserve, socialists and neocons talk about how Ron Paul's anti-Fed proposals are "irrelevant."
While the prices of essential goods dramatically increase via inflation, socialists and neocons talk about how Ron Paul's hard-money ideas are unrealistic.
While Ron Paul educates Americans on economics, socialists and neocons spread discredited Keynesian and Marxist myths which undermine liberty and prosperity.
While Ron Paul plans to help reintegrate America with the world through peaceful trade and foreign policy, socialists and neocons smear him as "isolationist."
While Ron Paul gains more supporters every day, socialists and neocons criticize his lack of name recognition in land-line phone polling – yet at the same time groan about how fanatical and pervasive his supporters are...
Something isn't right. There is honest disagreement, and then there is demagoguery. There is mutual respect, and then there is mud-slinging. I cannot name one person who Dr. Paul has disparaged as badly as most of his critics see fit to disparage him. This says a lot about all said parties involved.
What is it then about Ron Paul that inspires such fevered attacks? I will say what I believe. I believe the battle for freedom takes place not only in the upcoming election, but also in the arena of ideas. In this arena, I believe Ron Paul’s message is more powerful than any political shenanigans that can be put against him. I believe also the embittered detractors have good reason to be up in arms. With every Ron Paul victory, they have found their intellectual weaponry to be unexpectedly brittle and ineffective against the message of freedom.

I sold a car to this girl. It was sold to her "as is" with no warranty. The car had over 190,000 miles on it and a salvaged title. She was aware of all this and even test drove the car and was happy with it before she purchased it. Not to mention, she only spent $350 on it. She called me a few hours later wanting her money back saying it didn't shift, and I didn't tell her everything that was wrong with it. I drove the car every day to work and school and back and I had never had this problem. I offered to look at it and she refused to let and just wanted her money back. I said I can't take a car back that doesn't run after I sold it running. She is now suing me $350 for the car and $50 for her inconvenience.... What should I do? How is my side looking?

In business contracts, are the obliger (the one who owes duty) and the obligee (the one who is receiving the duty) interchangeable? For example, lets say Alex co. contracts with Bay to build a house for Bay for $500,000...Alex is owes Bay a house, so he is the obliger, and Bay is receiving the house, so he is the obligee...On the other hand, Bay owes Alex money, so he is also the obliger...right?

When the builder handed over the society (in Maharashtra) to the members, in the constitutional General Body Meeting the builder had put a condition & the same was recorded (Register has signed) in the AGM minutes book that "do not issue the share certificate of xyz flat without our NOC as xyz flat owner has to pay us Rs.50,000/-" However the builder has made him the Society member. When the Constitutuional AGM was held the member in whoose name this condition was put was not present for the meeting. After a years time the said flat was sold to another member who was from the same society and he was present for the constitutional meeting. Due to oversight the society had issued the NOC for the sale of this flat. This has happend during the ex-committee. Now the buyer submitted the documents for share certificate transfer. Meenwhile we received a letter from the builder saying if you carryout the transfer then we will file a case against the society. We have with held the transfer.
