He was taken away in an ambulance and I restrained the guy that hit him until the police arrived. I don't believe he was arrested at the scene. What will likely happen to the guy ?

I have heard ridiculous things like the Chinese army or the Turkish army or maybe the Isreali army.But I have to say the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard is the Swiss army being the best army in the world!Guys I think the best armies in the world are......

The British Army(Always have been good)
The U.S army(Always have been good)
Japaneese Army(They're pretty good)
Russian Army(They're not that good,very poor infact)

Thats who I think is the best, but countries like China and India only have large amounts of men,they don't have any good weapons,no good fighting technics.All those large amounts of men could be easily dealt with,with the help of a bomb.

So who do you think?

Hello, Today i woke up early (4Am-ish) and was flicking through my Tv stations, I went to channel 3(Tnt, "turner network teleovision). I was shocked to see Many women fully naked, even showing there privates in perfect view, haveing sexual intercourse with each other. Any one who watches TNT knows this is not what they show, at any time of the day, they show things such as "law and order"(the irony). So i call my Cable company to complain, about a hour later it gets fixed(i recorded all of it as proof). I was just wonering arent channels such as this subjected to laws which state they can not air such things? and if so do you think i have a legal case i should act on?

I was at a family gathering the other night... and my two cousins were arguing over this. One was claming this to be true,, while the other one said it is nothing but prejudice and nonsense filled hatred!! Personally, I am not a hateful guy,, but this argument intrigued me for some reason.

I am from the Philippines and is married to a US soldier. We got married here in the Philippines just a little over 1 month ago and he is now in Germany to his new PCS, and he's trying to get me and our son there. He told me that all I would need is passport, copy of his orders (that he would just fax to me) and plain ticket. He said no need for a Visa. My question is, does anyone know if it would matter if we we're married before he got his orders or not? His previous assignment was in Korea which I believe he got his orders to Germany from there, and he came here and we got married. Orders and passport and plain tickets just sounds too easy for me...


Any info please...?!

So I am turning 18 in 2008 and have every intention of voting. Ever since I first heard Barack Obama's name and started listening to his campaigns I decided that I really liked him and wanted to vote for him, and in doing my research I haven't found anything wrong [yet] with his views or what is wrong.
I am strongly for Gay Marriages but I have given up hope on any strong candidates truly going for that. I am pro-choice. I want our troops out of Iraq. I want the country to become energy efficient and to fight poverty all over the world.
Can anyone who reads this give me strong reasoning for why they think he should or should not be the next president? I want to be challenged with this and I want solid facts. Even if it is only one vote I do take it very seriously. Thank you in advance :]

There are dozens of websites I can give you that will tell you of the 100's if not 1000's of firemen and rescue workers who are suffering because of Guiliani's poor decision making skills in the clean up following 9/11!

Then you have Newt Gingrich who served his wife divorce papers while she was bedridden in the hospital going through cancer treatments with his mistress by his side and she's now his current wife!

McCain's been married twice.
Thompson has a much younger trophy wife.

The only one who's only been married once is Mitt Romney and he's a Mormon. Mormons believe in polygamy(Having more than one wife)!!

What happened to the moral superiority and the family values party??

The Republican party used to be at least deserving some respect.

Have been living with this man for almost 3 years now. The relationship has been on and off from the first day. Yes, I know I should have left long time ago but it is not all that easy when you leave your job and bring all your furniture, let out your flat, etc, etc.

He has asked me to leave many times but has also asked me to stay many times. All of a sudden, I get a letter from his solicitor giving me 4 weeks to leave as 'reasonable time'. I talk with 'my partner' and askes him to stay longer as I have the tenants (according with the law you have to serve them 2 mths notice) and am going thru medical treatment in this area so would like to finish it be4 moving away. He asks me to forget about the letter and all is fine again. After 3 wks, he wants me to leave again and denies having said the 'forget about the letter'. He gets more and more obsessed and starts opening my emails, listening to my ph conversations. I tell him to stop. We have a row and he strangles me.

A man I know is planning a suicide death pact thing with a 19yr old girl I know. Doesn't it make you sick? In the supposed land of "free speech" Don Imus makes one comment - one quick bad joke - and civil rights leaders try to lynch him, they protested outside of NBC, he apologized to everyone, he apologized to the Rutgers' players faces (and they accepted the apology), he lost all of his sponsors, got fired from his job.......and now he's being SUED for the comment??? It's enough to make me sick.

She's also suing MSNBC, NBC Universal, CBS Radio, CBS Corporation, Viacom Inc., Westwood One Radio and Imus' producer Bernard McGuirk.

Enough is enough. Thoughts?

tell me where im wrong. someone goes undercover as a teen. a man talks to them and tells the undercover that he wants to _____ her vagina. the guy goes to the house and then he talks to the host. the host asks him whats he doing there and puts the nasty **** on the spot. the guy leaves and he geta arrested and charged with trying to **** a minor. ok good. but when did he talk the 12 year old the person he talked to was like 20+ so basically he never talk to a 12 year old right? so then why is he getting in trouble? dont get me wrong i think laws dont punish sick ***** like that hard enough if it was up to me i would have them kill. but are laws are so strict and straight forward and if a search warrant goes down and the cops dont get eviddence legally it cant be used in court not even if its the murder weapon and everyone knows. so yeah i still dont get why they get charged?

a co-worker who is trying to pull you down? We have different duties and responsibilities as far as the office system is concern. She is appointed to do the accounting system and me i appointed in the purchasing office. Even if we have our own duties and responsibilities in some office tasks, she seems to power play. She seems superior to me when in fact she is not. As far as mine is concern i am diligent with the task given to me no problem with that and at the same time i coordinate with her. She has an attitude problem and when she gets upset because of personal matters, she so mean and rude and gives false information about a task to our superiors esp if things went wrong and she puts the blame on me. She accuses me if things went wrong about the work system. And by the way, she has a special feelings of attraction to one of the superiors. I can sense that she hates me if superiors give praise to my task well done. I don't fight back .How can i deal with her? What shall i do?
