This has caused much debate between myself and another friend who is also into WWII History, but did the Russians properly win in the war? I keep saying that they couldn't have won WWII because they were fighting alone, weren't on a side, and were communists as well as Germany, Italy and Japan - but obviously they weren't going to join in when the battle of starlingrad occured. They were losing the war to begin with, but then started winning during that battle. Then the vicoty was made by us at berlin and ohama beach, but the russians on the other hand..... where were they? My friend says they came onto our side, but that would kinda be like double crossing wouldn't it not?
