Its all part of the PNAC agenda. If you really want to know whats going to happen next , read their blue print. They have plenty of yes men and women within our congress and Senate to succeed, the democrats make me sick, the Republicans even sicker.

I would like to see Iran try to wipe out Israel. That would solve the Iranian question for America.
I think this will be part of the selling point simply because Iran doesnt have the kahonies to try their luck with Israel.
Remember the Six-Day war? Iran knows better. Especially since Israel has F-16s now.

First, should there be selling points? If we are to go to war, it should be for clear reasons.
If Iran has the power to attack our allies and us and the will and agenda to do so, then yes, we should go to war. If not, we shouldnt. This includes Iran sponsoring terrorists.
Iran is not to be underestimated, however, so far they are all talk and no show. Bush is not cowering from them. If Iran is sponsoring terrorists and especially trying to get nuclear power, call the IRGC for what they are, terrorists. If you finance terrorists, you are a terrorist. If you gaurd and work for terrorists, you are a terrorist. I dont like the situation in Iraq. But that does not mean we should 'play safe' and back down all the time. We still need to stand up for what is right and we still need to fight what is wrong.

Have you been to Iraq, how do you know? I'm retired Army, been to Iraq 3 times. Unlike the Invasion of Iraq where we didn't actually have anybody in Iraq to question the Intel, It's hard to say the Intel is wrong when Iranian military are being captured by US forces.
Plenty of credible open source information out there on the IRGC which backs up what's going on in Iraq...

Having been in the military myself, I sugest you enlist in the military so you can get a security clearance. Kind of hard to dispute the evidence when it's coming from soldiers and not some CIA analyst being told to manipulate the reporting.

Most of the population in Saudi Arabia are of the Wahhabi sect. The Wahhabis approve of and encourage the murder of Westerners. Terrorism originates there.
The moderate Muslim population of Iran, especially the under-30 crowd, is pro-West and pro-reform.
Any rational and informed person can see that the US government is not fighting a 'War on Terror', but a 'Strategy for Future Oil Profits'.

Let's see, if accruing a nuclear arsenal, running weapons tests in International water, and overtly threatning western interest, doesn't provoke a war, you really think this will?
