Murder is premeditated, so it would be considered involuntary manslaughter.

Why would they search a random house 50 miles away? Do the flies have tracking devices on them for situations like this? lol It's not possible.

HAHA this made me giggle!
Ok.....
1.) As far as this goes, it really depends on the circumstances if he would be charged with anything at all especially being kids. This younger child could be proven to have no idea what a heart problem is depending on the age of these kids. If prosecuted, i would say probably involuntary manslaughter...i could be wrong but probably. This would be a VERY circumstantial case!
2.) If i understand this question correctly, then NO. Yes the decomposition brings flies and maggots. Say a fly happens to come into your home 50 miles away and somehow a minuet piece of DNA, if possible, gets in your home. Why would the police have any reason in the world to be 50 miles from there in your home. If you were somehow linked to the murder and they were in your home, the fly would not leave enough if any DNA to prove anything. And they wouldn't check every counter top or your arm the fly landed on for a speck of DNA...hahaha...this is a silly question....i mean not stupid it just makes me laugh. Don't feel bad if i wasn't involved with the CJ system, that is a goofy question i would ask. So the answer is NO....lol

LOL I'm glad to see you having fun. I hope all the people who have no sense of humor don't answer this question. I'm sick of reading stupidity.

Thanks for the laugh!

Oh yes. . . you wouldn't be charged if the old fart had a heart attack, since you didn't kill him, he killed himself by letting himself get out of control when he knew he had heart problems.

The fly will not pick up dna from a dead body and put it on you. Nor, will a fly pick up dna from you and go put it on the dead body.

What a great imagination you have. You should try writing a book.

K. . . let's have some more brownies now.

1. Technically, you "take the victim as you find him", and you might be responsible, but practically, unless it can be proven that you knew of the disability, you're clear.
2. You're kidding right?
