There are always going to be millions of conspiracy theories, ranging from the next door neighbor who just MUST be poisoning your flower bed to the elitists who want to take over the world. In the end, most of the theories prove to be either false or exaggerated, but once in a while, one of them turns out to be true. Like, there really WAS a Watergate, wasn't there? And, I'm still pretty convinced that Whitewater really happened. And there actually WERE some spies from the Soviet Union in our government way back when. And, I guess a lot of people still think that there was something more than one shooter involved in the Kennedy assassination. And so on.
But, I don't really see the point in going around LOOKING for new theories. If it's something of substance, you won't find it by asking for secretive conspiracy theories. The ones that are true are usually the ones that you find accidentally. If someone is selling you a book about it, it's probably just a bunch of baloney.

There's multiple conspiracy theories surrounding the Kennedy assassination (Mafia did it, CIA did it, LBJ had a hand in it).
Theories that there are engines that run on water or get 100 miles per gallon of gas, but the big car or oil companies bought the pattents and are sitting on them.

Conspiracy theories are the realm of aluminum foil hat wearing lunatics that forgot to take their meds. Conspircy theories are like Bigfoot, the chupacabra, the Lockness monster, and UFOs, they exist only in the mind of the delusional.

In a nut shell, whenever there is an event that is complicated or complex, there will inevitably be questions which have no valid or verifiable answers - unless of course, you check the op-blogs and web sites - and there you'll find people posting all of the answers.
