I am leaving to go to USMC basic training. I can run 3 miles in 21min, do about 60 push-ups, 15 pull-ups, 109 sit-ups in two min. But Im not that strong, I just have alot of endurance. I weigh 130 and my max bench is about 130. So my question is, should I do some weight training before I leave, if so what should I aim for by the time I leave(I have about 9 months before I go)? Or should I just keep working on cardio and runing and stuff?
