it was funny.
If you use Bush as the target for political satire, however, you're a socialist. Is GWB a sacred cow or something?
What's up with that?

Is it against the law to even be carrying a lockpick kit in the UK?
Its a hobby for me and has helped me and my friends on many occasions but is it illegal to carry it?
I have no intention of breaking in anywhere, its just fun to problem solve and helps if I get locked out.
I would be carrying it because its a set thats like a swiss army knife that goes on my keyring.

My landlord is evicting us even though we worked off a years rent plus an extra six grand that we weren't even going to charge him for (we are contractors). We heard that this is not the first time he has done this to contractors and we would like to sue for the money that is owed to us. He is suing us for two grand in rent plus legal fees and he owes us close to thirteen thousand. I would like to countersue but seems pointless if it will just even itself out.

I have lived in my neighborhood for 2 1/2 yrs. The original builder "declerant" went out of business 7 yrs ago and sold the remaining lots off to other builders in the year 2000. About 1 month ago some home owners decided to form an HOA, which can be done accoring to our covenants writtten back on 1999 if 10 homeowners say that they want to do it.

I'm not happy about this, but I am ok with following the rules, but what scares me is I have spoke to several attorneys and they say that writing bylaws can cost from $3000- $10,000 if nothing major comes up. When I told my neighbors this I was told they didn't want to spend that kind of money, and we are smart people we will write our own bylaws. (That is scary)

I called the SC Real estate commission, and they provided me with a copy of the laws stating how an HOA must be set-up, it is very detailed, and 12 long pages long. I think we are asking for a mess.

Any suggestions?

Bush blues.

I been workin on the tax cuts, all my White House day.
I been workin on the death tax, tryin to make it go away.
Takin money from the poor folks, is the way to go,
they don’t even see it leaving, billions don’t you know.

Cheney is da man
doin all he can,
of morals there’s a dear-r-rth.
Chevron’s getting rich
selling oil which
is messing up the earth.

Daddy’s trying to leave me millions, in the family will.
I been workin with the congress, tryin to pass the tax cut bill.
We don’t want to have to share it, with the ones we fleeced
taking oil from the forest, on U. S. land we leased.

Thievery is the way,
from the USA,
poor folks ain’t got a prayer.
They think they’ll be rich,
and pay the death tax which,
just keeps the country fair.

Now the liberals got elected, power they will flaunt.
Health and fixing social security, is what the liberals want.
Don’t know where they get their money, poor folks ain’t got none,
Cause I bumped up all their taxes, golly that was fun.

We got my tax cuts goin
Now my fortune’s growin
Bigger ev-ery day-y-y
Dicky says I’m right,
Rove is a delight
Greed’s the White House way.

Sa-ddam sort’a fooled my daddy, over in I-raq
So I sent the U.S. army, now the liberals want ‘em back,
But the job’s not really done there, got to Stay The Course
Got to tell the true believers, I’ll stay on this dead horse.
The church is on my side
even though i lied
to get us in this war.
Now we're getting shot,
it's not part of the plot,
and there ain't no exit door.

Democrats are the biggest supporters of illegal immigration:

1) About Pelsoi: In 2003, she accused immigration officers of conducting "terrorizing raids" on Wal-Mart stores that led to the arrest of more than 300 [ undocumented workers ].

2) Democrats in congress voted against having stronger immigration laws, while almost every Republican in congress voted for stronger laws. That was in 2005.
Yes votes: 219 Republicans ,1 Democat
No votes: 198 Democratics, 7 Republicans

My husband, as executor of his recently deceased best friend's estate, is being accused by a brother of his friend of deliberately not informing him of his brother's passing & refusing to share the contents of the will with this brother. But his best friend had left specific details of who he wanted to be notified etc and this brother was not on the list although another brother was. The excluded brother is now sending emails & letters saying that my husband is doing something illegal & he put a claim on the estate & is insisting on seeing the will and going through the personal effects etc. There is not much in the estate to pay for court costs etc so what can we do?
