If a guy who is on probation for statutory rape got his gf pregnant could he go to jail ? I know the parents would have to press charges but if the girl said they didn't have sex would they convict him anyway? Could they do a paternity test?

yes they would do a paternity test to find out. if he is already on probation for that i would think they would have no problem getting him into trouble again.

If he's on probation for statutory rape, and it's a violation of his parole to sleep with this woman, then yes, violating it can send him to jail.

First of all, you'd have to prove that the act was commited before the sentance was imposed.

Furthermore, if the girl is underage, the parents can choose to press charges, but the burden of proof is on them. If the girl is pregnant with his baby, and the baby is not born, they would have to do a paternity test called an amniosentisis. This is where they draw amniotic fluid from the womb and use the dna inside to compare to the father's. With the girl being underage, the parents can make her do this.

Once all those conditions are met, you'd have to prove when she concieved, but any OBGYN can do that.

Yes, they can convict him. And no, she doesn't have to admit to sexual intercourse with him, the paternity test would decide that.

The state, in the form of the probation office, would be the one to prefer charges, assuming the girl is still under the age of consent or there is a stay-away order as part of the probation.

The girl has to have sex with somebody, unless she is claiming another virgin birth. God would probably want a paternity test.

If she is underage when she becomes pregnant then yes he can.
And no the parents dont have to press charges, the DA can go ahead and do it himself on her behalf even if the parents refuse and it was consenual.

If the girl got pregnant rape-free, then no. We all have the same rights, and if we cannot get our girlfriends or wives pregnant, then it'll be the end of the human race as we know it !!!
