I dont think so. It doesnt matter, speaking out against hurting the environment and then hurting the environment by having needlessly big houses and planes are contradictory for each other.

No, he is too into his fight for saving the planet which is a worthy cause. If he felt that there wasn't sufficient intelligence in the Democrat candidates, then he might. But I heard him say on one of the talk shows that he was on that there were plenty of Democrat capable candidates. He especially spoke highly of Hillary, Barack Obama, John Edwards and Joe Biden.

Hillary is gaining to much of a lead for him to make a argument that there is no mass supported candidate for the Dems.

Its getting to late in the cycle now to enter unless he does so very quickly.

If he did, he would not get the nomination...unfortunately.

I would love to see such a guarantee that the republicans would win.

Al Gore has made a complete @$$ of himself. The majority of Americans know that his film was packed full of lies and exagerations. Even Al does not believe it. (If Al believed that there was an imminant threat, he would not burn fossil fuels faster than the average 100 Americans to promote his BS film and his BS carbon credit company. He would at least do the simple things like fly commercial.)
