I didn't do nothing wrong, I am not going to give away my perantial rights away! can they still take away my perantal rights even if I dont sign anything?

Good luck with the most crooked organization in the U.S...

Any time that someone calls child welfare, no matter their intentions, the DCFS has (and often takes) the option to remove the children from whatever home they're in. Whether this is the home of the person who called them in the first place doesn't matter to them. Oftentimes they will place the child in the worst possible situation they can find, because as long as the child is in a troubled situation they can continue to make money off of it.

If they can continue to keep the system tied up in regards to the children (and they often do) they are assured that the children are sufficiently screwed up that they'll require their "services" for the remainder of their youth.

Sounds all paranoid, I know, but experience with CPS has shown that this is often the case.

Theywill take you to court and then they have to prove you to be an unfit parent. Usually before a court takes away all of your parental rights they give you an opportunity to prove you are fit and have you jump through hoops before they release your children to your care.
If you are a drug addict then they will have special provisions for you.
You say you have done nothing....hard to believe that DCF just picked you out of nowhere and decide to take your children....something had to happen because they don't just take children away from fit parents....they have the burden of proof....so what is the real deal?? There had to be an incident that has a grain of truth to it....which could have been exaggerated by someone who reported you.....I am not saying you are guilty....just that something had to occur for them to show up and take your children from you.....even if it was just a phone call.

If I hadn't checked your profile, I wouldn't have known what's going on.

Your parental rights can be taken away under the right circumstances by a judge. I read your other question (where you explained what happened), but is that all that happened? Surely there has to be some reason they're doing this.

Also, I suggest you get a better lawyer if the one you have now isn't helping you the way he should.

Sorry I can't be of more help. Good luck!

DCF cannot take your rights away.

However, they can take you to court, and ask the court to take your rights away.

Don't get emotional (I realize that sounds like stupid advice, but you need to keep a clear head). Inform them you are challenging their actions, and go to court. They need to prove you did the things they claim you did -- you need to show the court that you are a good parent.

If you can, get a lawyer.

It's being done! Depending on your situation, but, it is being done. Hitler was the same way, the children belonged to the state/country and stated, "that the children are the future of the country". True, they are, unfortunately, the state wanted the opportunity to raise these children the way they see fit! Just the tip of the iceberg with this government, you haven't seen anything yet! But, fight! These are your children, no one elses!

yes they can and will take you to court and have them removed..same thing happened to me and my children were put up for adoption (to a family member) because the worker was falsify documents and making up total lies..my oldest even stated i never hurt him, the youngest was a baby and couldnt speak...anyways i lost my parental rights and visitation and had to pay $600 a month child support until the adoption was final...4 years later the state calls me up and it had been proven that the worker had lied in many cases taking away innocent parents children and i got my kids back..but no apology or anything to all who were hurt by this and the only thing they did to the worker was fire her..no charges for all the innocent families she ruined

best of luck to you i hope your case doesnt go as bad as mine did

They cannot take away your rights unless you consent OR they get a judge's permission. If you don't want to give up your rights, you need to convince the judge why they are wrong. Get a lawyer, it will really help. Good luck.

Yes, they can. Refusing to sign the papers will make things worse.
