Give a suitable comment on the global issue of immigration? What are the punishments against illegal immigration under Indian Law and U.S Law? Define.

Immigration is -- by definition -- not a global issue.

It relates exclusively to one country at a time, based on how that country tries to regulate who travels in and out.

I think it would be much simpler if it WERE a global issue -- no immigration controls, no quotas -- people just had their home-country passport and could travel anywhere they want -- wherever they are, they'd be subject to local laws, and they could only vote in their home country. That's it.
