What has your question got to do with the military.
No Indians were killed, they were beaten up, the incident happened in East Germany notorious for neo-nazis, there was a festival in the town and a bunch of drunken neo-nazis started shouting abuse at a group of Indian gentlemen who were quietly minding their own business, bottles were thrown and the Indians took shelter in a restaurant owned by an Indian the neo-nazis kicked in the door an assaulted the Indians.
Then being the brave white supremacist they were they ran away as the Police arrived.

I think it was 8 Italians killed in a restaurant, news reports at the time hinted it at Mafia related. The Indians were attacked but as far as I know not killed, in an unrelated incident.
