I heard Abrams have survived direct hits from Iraqi tanks, albeit the older ones. If its armour can stand a large calibre round, it should survive 30mm cannon fire.

If the police officer who arrests you has later resigned from his position, can his testimony or what he stated in his report still be used in trial?

Give up the Jets, The Limos, the electricity, the expensive cars, and actually plant trees themselves instead of paying other people to do it.

Think about it. If Bush is really innocent as Republicans say, why not give 50% of the public benefit of the doubt and start impeachment hearings?
If he's really innocent, then surely there's nothing to worry about.

Seriously, If you don't think Bush has broken any laws, don't bother to answer. I've outlined it for you so there's no confusion:
1) Blatant disregard for our international treaty obligations under the United Nations Charter and the Geneva Conventions - ie invading Iraq without the support of UN, and torture.

2) Growing evidence that the President deliberately misled the country into the war in Iraq.

3) Wiretapping of hundreds, possibly thousands, of Americans, in violation of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) -- without a warrant.

The framers of our Constitution feared executive power run amok and provided the remedy of impeachment to protect against it. While impeachment is a last resort, and must never be lightly undertaken or used frivolously.

So was Clinton's impeachment frivolous? Did it make impeachment such a joke that congress is afraid to utilitze this tool when really nessesary?

Yah, I am going to trust these clowns with national security when they are afraid to go on the # 1 Cable News Network.

Liberals don't mind discussing who is more patriotic if patriotism is defined as redistributing income and handing out entitlements. Only if patriotism is defined as supporting America do they get testy and drone on about 'NEOCONS'.

Do you have to make C02 to get people to use less C02? Isn't this whole live earth concert a good demonstration of what it means to be a limousine liberal?

with all the electricity for lights and bands and cars going to the concerts and the tons of food and Booze being consumed are the carbon offsets in place? could we have not just all had it on the internet and saved billions of tons of CO2? Would Als' Death and subsequent lack of use of his private jet and 1/2 dozen cars and electricity used in his 3 homes make up for it?

A few years back I used to date this tight little Seattle package. She looked smoking hot in her hemp skirt, cut off 'I love Castro' tank top and 7" Stiletto Heel Platform Stripper Shoes. But everytime she opened her mouth it was 'I want to have a Career' and 'You never listen to me"................or something like that. And my personal favorite 'I won't blow you because it's a POWER thing for men'! What? Plus she couldn't cook at all. How do you screw up a grilled cheeze sandwhich? Her apartment was also a mess! A Chick that CAN'T clean!!!

I couldn't take it anymore. Now I have my food prepared when I get home, the house it spotless and, allthough she is a conservative, she is very liberal in the physical attention she bestows upon me.

Am I living the DREAM or WHAT?

My boyfriend broke out the windows in my car. I know he did it but the cops say that since no one saw him do it then they cant do anything. He even sent me texts saying that he did but they are saying that is not admissable.(sp) I can't get a protective order until monday. I am scared. I don't think he will hurt me and this is the first time he has done something like this before.

We got on the train this morning with valid tickets, but we sat in the First Class. Then two staffs came to check the ticket and told us our tickets are not valid in the First Class so we have to pay 20 pounds fine each. We said we can leave, but they insisted that we have to pay. We are really so angry, firstly, we are foreigners here, we really did not know our valid tickets cannot be used in First Class on the same train; second, there was no sign or notice said this is First Class and we have to pay more if we want to sit in the First Class; third, the staffs got on the train with us at the same time, they should remind us, but they just directly came to us asking the fine, we really thought they were intented to do that. However we said we can leave or we can pay for the First Class, they insisted that we had no choice except paying the fine. I am so angry and I said to them: you are racist. They said they wil sue me for slander, what will happen to me now? Will I be in jail?
