Does anyone else find this to be deeply disturbing, that Republican (and Democratic) presidential candidates and supporters are calling for troop withdrawal from Iraq by 2008 -- which happens to coincide with the presidential election?

I know someone has asked before, but the same numer (866) 394 - 4494 has called me saying the same thing, if he could type up what my what I said in response to some questions. I tried to find the origin of the number or some info about it, but it led me here. After I decided to hang up because I didn't understand what was going on, the number (666)666 -6666 called me. I don't understand what's going on. I didnt pick up that call and they left a voicemail, but I'm really scared of listening to it. What should I do?

i put out several flat cake pans of warm beer in my front yard to drown some pesty crickets. i read where this works really well, but it backfired. the neighborhood dogs drank the beer and one staggered into the road and caused a accident and another one bit the old man who lives across the street. now everyone has threatened to sue me. can they do this ? i never meant to get the dogs drunk. please help...thanks

However, he ignored it and did not remove the material within the 10 days time that I had given him. What options do I have now?

I am based in the USA, but unfortunately have the trademark and copyright of the product in the USA alone. The world-wide rights are held by another company. So can I actually sue the guy by appointing a legal representative in China?

What other options do I have and in what ways can he possibly retaliate? Is it easy to fight a case in another country?

Money / legal expenses are not a problem for me but I first need to know if I can actually do anything, or, if I have to contact the company holding world-wide rights and ask them to sue the guy?

My mail friend told me that she has a refugee status, so she want that I receive the funds in my account in my country from her late father’s account. She will give me some money of them. For the same she asked me to write the bank in which her late father has account. I wrote the bank and found positive response. They required some necessary documents like power of attorney that must be endorsed by lawyer of her country. She arranged a lawyer also and asked me to contact him. If everything happen fine. What risk may be in this transaction?

we have such a huge problem with illegal immigration right now, and it won't stop until the mexican government gets their s*** together and does something for their economy. of course, they won't do that without being forced, as they are a corrupt government indeed. should we start pushing the mexican government to pass some bills to help their economy? what kind of incentive should we give them? should we put an embargo on mexican goods until steps are taken?

and yes, i know people are illegally crossing borders from other countries too, but we're getting 4 million a day from mexico. 4 million... ...per day.

True America has the best army/services etc, but without oil the army cannot operate, the luxury cars are useless etc.

So, I sort of adopted my husbands platoon and decided that each month I will send some treat to each of his soldiers and it also keeps me busy. I get to have fun with it but then I dont want to go overboard or make it to childish, I do have a 4 yr old!

For July I made Oatmeal with butterscotch chips cookies and wrapped each cookie individually in non stick foil. Then I found individually wrapped gumballs in red, white, and blue colors and also a small tin of mints that the tin is in the shape of a heart however the tin is wrapped in plastic. So, that is all of what I am placing inside individual gift bags which are celophane of different colors. There are yellow bags, clear with different colored stars, and purple bag with polka dots on them. Each bag I also print out a label for and use a star shaped hole punch and use a colored twist tie to close each bag up with a label on each bag of treats.

So in your honest opinion, would you like this as a treat or am I going overboard??

My ex husband is the center of a lot of controversy in the area where he lives. He runs porn sites for a living.

Anyway, from 18-20 he took nude photos of me (NOT PORN). He was on Fox News last week and they were showing my photos without my permission. My ex does not have any model release forms signed by me, but he does have them on his portfolio website.

Yes, I did say that my future in laws saw the pictures, but they already knew that I had taken them, so that wasn't a huge deal. The huge deal is that they were shown on the national news and I have nothing to do with him now... I was just dragged into it.

I'm not looking for people to judge me or tell me, "Oh, well you took porn pictures... too bad for you." I would like to know if there is anything I can do about my images being shown on the national news. That's all.

I have recently read article about the current 'war' in Iraq and I still have unanswered question to the U.S. government. US&UK invaded Iraq because they claimed Saddam has W.of M.D., he was partly responsible for supporting nine-eleven attacks (or at least covering them), they want to free Iraqi people. Ok, fair enough, but...Until now, after 4 years still no sign of WMD, Saddam's regim is gone and he's dead, nine-eleven is blaimed being done by Al-queada, nothing to do with Iraq. Iraqi people are in worse situation now, as before with Saddam. They have no fuel, electricity, medical care and violence is increasing with every day over there. So my question is, why are there still US, UK, AUS and polish troops fighting in Iraq?! What for are they fighting now, and why did Bush send even +26k troops there? They're just being slaughtered like animals every day with no particular reason! Is Bush even a human being with a heart?!
