I am a female in a commited long term same-sex relationship. I have been in contact with a man who is willing to act as a donor. Not wanting to spend so much of our savings on artificial insemination, we have decided that this man and I will engage is sexual activity in the hopes of my getting pregnant. He has a clean bill of health and medical records that I have reviewed.

My question is this: he has 3 children and a happy family. He does not intend to be part of this childs life, we have talked about this, and it is the best for both of our situations. He is doing this as a service to me, he is a regular sperm donor. However this case is different since we are consensually comitting to a physical act.

What legal steps should be taken to assure that both of us are taken care of? We trust each other, but it is a general legal safety thing to protect yourself. Can a basic termination of parental rights form be signed, or is it more complicated?

TV in the USA in the 1970's brought us quite a few fun and over the top detective shows, and many of these 1970's era TV Detectives had one gimmick or quirk to set them apart from the pack.
Look over this partial list of fun 70's era USA based Detective series and take your pick of the one you think was the most ridiculous and least plausible, and pick one you think could be the most realistic.

1. CANNON: A very heavyset Lincoln Continetal Mark driving, penthouse living, gourmet loving ex-cop who charged huge fees to solve cases.

2. BARNABY JONES: Geriatric, milk swigging, rickitey and thin as a matchstick Buddy Ebsen as a retired Detective who goes back on the job.

3. COLUMBO: Seemingly bumbling, but quite brilliant and strangely gleeful in how he mentally toys, tortures, and drives the murderer nearly insane.

4. MCCLOUD: Stubborn New Mexico Sherriff, always aggravating to the crabby Police Chief, let loose in modern NYC with a horse, cowboy hat and six shooter.

I mean, most Americans are very confused who to pick out of the jokes running in 2008 because it is perhaps the worst choice of Presidential candidates in US history. But, more than half the nation says they will not vote for Hillary under any circumstance. If she were to win, however, it would probably guarantee a Republican dominated Congress in 2010 and a Republican Presidential landslide victory in 2012.

If Musharraf is killed the possiblility of a takeover by muslim fanatics is very possible. If that happens, these people will control at least 50 nuke warheads. That would put us in a bad place big time. Realistically, what could we do about it?

This man I was debating with called me unpatriotic for supporting a withdrawal of troop from Iraq, yet I served over there myself and just got back, I know first hand that yes us troops are very proud to serve our country but as time went on everyone came to know we were there for no reason. A friend of mine had to kill a little boy who was strapped with bombs in the first week I arrived, then kids would learn that we were good so they would rush up to us for toys, candy etc. Times have changed though

Have you ever had a friend be killed by a road side bomb. For no reason, we are there for NO GOOD REASON we need to leave. And I can bet a lot of you thinking we need to stay are basically telling me that you want my friends still serving dead. We have done what we needed and I wish all my friends could come home, it seems like another dies every few months now, and I cannot believe someone calling me unpatriotic because I served my country. Open your eyes we need to get them home

I know a lot of people out there believe global warming is a myth despite the fact most scientists who think it's true have nothing to gain from it, and most scientist who call it a myth work for companies that are not environmentally friendly. My question is: Why are you willing to bet you're children's and grandchildren's future on this? If I'm wrong and global warming is a myth, what we will do is good for the environment anyway. Our descendants will have a better world to live on. If you're wrong and we do nothing the people of the future will have huge problems. I know you don't like or trust Al Gore, but can we really afford not to do anything about this when so many respected scientist say the world will be a very difficult place to live in less than a century?

So I guess my question for all the people who don't believe in global warming is are you willing to bet you're children's future on it?

Just why? Are they miseralbe with nothing better to do with their lives? & they're always trying to get TOO personal in people's business. I don't see them as trying to help. All they're done was harmed my life. Even in situations where families have done nothing wrong, I've seen parents get their kids taken away & put into the CPS system. My twin sister was going in to have her 3rd baby & they called CPS on her & tried to get all 3 kids taken away from her just because she didn't have anybody to watch the other 2 while she was in labor. That wasn't right because she's a good mother.

I was readingThe Declaration of Geneva and it said that you can't "Ipermit considerations of age, disease or disability, creed, ethnic origin, gender, nationality, political affiliation, race, sexual orientation, social standing or any other factor to intervene between my duty and my patient"

so If you were the only doc. on duty, and you were working on a patient whose life was in danger and the president need emergency help, who would you chose?

I just recently bought a leather jacket with the American flag on the back and it says," try to burn this one asshole ".

Some punk kid tried to light it on fire.

Do people have the nerve? Obviously so to try to light someone on fire which could be considered a felony and
assault.

Now it seems to me that in a major city like Washington DC and near other major cities on the east coast a crowd of a few hundred is an embarrassment to all. Now I know some of the other sites probably had tens of thousands but couldn't ALGORE and his democratic buddies drag more than a few hundred internes and political protestors out of the DC area to prove their cause. I think that proves this is still a debate more than AL and his Hollywood henchman want us to believe.

I am moderately liberal, well I am a libertarian as I also am moderately conservative when it comes to certain issues. I even think that Obama and Hillary are way too far to the left. They both want to limit our 2nd Amendment right to bear arms and make this country more socialist, and they both want to dangerously take our troops out of Iraq as soon as they come into office. There is a story about how the Bildeberg Group voted unanimously to make Hillary President of the United States in 2008 in a 2002 meeting, which scares me as the Bildeberg Group, mainly run by the Rockefellers, who are admitted globalists hell bent on gaining power, possibly through a New World Order. It was proven she attended one of their meetings in that year through an attendence list, but she refuses to talk about it.
