I see that MPs are allowed to hypocritically smoke in their Work Place and an Enclosed Public Building.. (House of Parliament Bar).

sorry have i missed something but wasent smoking banned on public transport ages ago not last sunday

Currently most people WILL just be ticked off (or so the government assures us) - they'll start with a 'softly softly' approach, and then start slapping the fines out in a couple of months.

Of course being an MP probably helps...

Good for Charles Kennedy, fight the system, but unfortunately for the rest of us, expect to get fined, after all this is a country of equality, but that depends on what side of the fence your on.

MPs can do whatever they like. They are a cut above the rest of us and know it. Most of them are parasites and bed-bugs. There is a lot to be said for the old aristocracy.
