All things being equal and based on the fact that every action has an equal and opposite reaction, is this the only time that Republicans are doing anything good for the citizens of the United States?

All of their awake time activities are destructive to our country so I wondered if there was a scientific balance to their actions?

There are already a dozen guys running - and the majority of Republicans still can't find a candidate they like.

(BTW, 60% of democrats say they are satisfied with their choices for president.)

I live in the U.S., and I purchased an item on eBay from a user in Canada. I paid with a U.S. Postal Service International money order because they didn't take Pay Pal. After I paid, a ton of negative feedbacks showed up on his account, eBay closed his account, and the buyer will not respond to emails. I did a money order inquiry with the USPS (by the way, don't ever use one of their international money orders, because they won't stop payment), and the money order was cashed, but I have received nothing. I was told by the Post Office that if they did not send the merchandise, it would be mail fraud because they signed for and cashed a postal money order. I've already checked and eBay won't cover it, I suppose because it is international (they will allow the seller to sell, but won't cover the buyer). Anyway, is there anything that I can do? It's not a great amount of money, so I don't want to get an attorney, but I would like this guy to get what is coming to him. Thanks

On the tv show "Cops" do they have to give you a release form to sign in order to show your face? Some people are blocked out but the majority are not. I'm wondering why. The same with the show "To Catch a Predator" on Dateline. Most are not blocked out but I just couldn't imagine ANYONE would want their photo shown!

and why is it mostly for low-skilled jobs? Are doctors required to do drug tests? Lawyers? Why is it important for a factory worker to be drug tested, but not a lawyer? What about cops?
Are they tested? I am not arguing for increased drug testing!
Why test ANYONE for drugs. Airline pilots, other jobs that require extreme alertness. Truck drivers I can understand.
But for many jobs, smoking a little marijuana should not be a deal breaker. Note that I do not use drugs of any kind and barely drink. But ... I am not opposed to drug use if done in moderation.

A friend of mine and I started a business and we needed $30K for the start up costs. Since I have more money, I agreed to put in $20K and he put in $10K. The start up costs only came to $20K so we agreed to refund the $10K excess back to ourselves. My calculations show that I should get back $6,667 and him $3,333 but he is very angry and disagreeable, claiming my bigger refund is not fair. He wants to split it 50/50. Who is right?

This dumb 'question' was an answer to one of my questions. How do you think one of the Rebels of 1776 would answer? Maybe since we're all "civilians" we should have to to make gun powder from horse manure, sulfer, and charcoal. Can a "snoopy" fishing pole catch a big fish?

I posted a question about this 11 year old kid drinving drunk. I wanted to know if parents should be hold accountable. Many people said that no, cause they did not give her the keys or the alcohol, that if they were working and not knowing what was going on, then the parent should not take the blame...Dont you think that the fact of not knowing what your child is up to, is proof of negligence? HOW CAN SOMEONE NOT KNOW WHAT THEIR 11 year old is doing..>I have a 13 year old and I know what he is doing, where he is and who is he with...I drive by the palces he goes, I speak to the parents of whomever he goes to, and If I have to stay with him I do I dont care what he says or what other people says.. I listen to his phone conversations and I also check his computer history and go through his papers. I will be on his back until he is 18...Getting a car, getting alcohol, and driving...There is no way he can do that...

In their own country? Illegal immigration has been happening for decades, why hasn't anything improved in Mexico? I understand Mexicans come to the U.S. for better life. But why hasn't any of this energy of marching and protesting being placed at the foot of the Mexican government? I really want to know.

This girl my boyfriend and i knew decided to falsely accused my bf for uttering death theats towards her, her two kids and myself. I told police that this was all bull but they did not beleive me because im his gf and im probbably just trying to save him from going to jail so they arrested him anyways and told me i was not to have any contact with him now i have to wait to meet with a crown attorney next month and they said i probbably still wont be able to see him because they consider this a domestic. I dont think this is fair to me or my bf. I HATE being alone especially when its unnessesary. I never realized how much he actually did for me until he was gone. I'm going through medical problems right now and it is extremly hardgetting by. How can i get this restraining order lifted?

I used to enjoy trying to keep up with our advancements in education, economy, law. We used to be at the top of everything.

Now I notice there are a lot of illiterate people in the country that can't read or write, a lot of people seem to only speak in gibberish.

Education has become a joke. And it seems we've been going backwards so long we forgot what it was like to move forward.

I realize all of this started with Clinton trying to help the minorities but did he also destroy our country in the process?

I see no way out of his legacy so is the country doomed because of it?

The Iraqi people are terrorist, mad cow disease in Canada causing high beef prices, health care gone f--king nuts and now I can not even trust that my toothpaste isn’t going to kill me. Don’t you just love what our government has done to us. My country tis of thee sweet land of ( what a f--king joke). It is sweet for the rich and the illegal. Blacks wanting more and more apologies, well I’m sorry I don’t owe you crap you didn’t pick any cotton you have reaped from the well-fare system. And all the white trash also with the racist bullshit. I mean this country is going down fast. Of course not for the Walton’s
(wal-mart) owners. It is great to have the Chinese supplying them as well as other poor countries with slave like labor so they can all live in mansions and I can guarantee those bastards don’t shop at wal-mart. I wished we could take our country back from the evils that have become. 4rth of July flags made in f--king China I refuse to buy such crap. And oh yeah God Bless America....
