You can but you must take into consideration that the repo company has a court order to tow the vehicle!
You must consider all the facts and detail before filing a lawsuit as it might be a huge investment loss if you do not win.

Why are they coming on your property? Are the reposessing a car that doesn't belong to you? If that is the case, yes they can. That car belongs to them, or the company that hired them and they can go anywhere they need to to take it.
