The two criteria could very well be mutually exclusive. Also, do you really expect a nonchauvinistic answer to this question? Americans will answer with, "America." Canadians will answer with, "Canada." Etc. I happen to prefer America but then I have never lived in Canada, Great Britain, Australia, Sweden or anywhere else.

For someone who has traveled A LOT. I can tell that there are none and that the question you are asking is not only complex but dangerous. All people have a great sense of pride when it comes to their homeland, and it's quite normal. What you need to know is that every country is different, but people and the way they act and feel is pretty much the same. Now if you're asking for the strongest in what sense do you mean that? If in the military sense that would be the States but the mind of the american people now is just terrified of the terrorist which is one of their main goal so nothing is that clear.

Well best country in the world is a highly opinionated question that can't really be proveably answered, i suppose from my very limited experience i'd go with the US. As for the strongest i guess it depends what you classify as strong...in a traditional army to army engagement i'd go with China since they have such a massive population and a booming economy...but speaking of boom the US is the one with the nukes and a track record for using them so it all depends.

Best can mean anything. But if you look up in the internet, some European countries are good to live in because of their transparency in governance. If you mean strongest as in military might, U.S.A. still stand. So again strongest can be anything.

Which is the best country in the entire world....not who. Finland. They beat the crap out of the Russians and they did the same to the Germans. They keep their noses clean and out of the news. I plan to buy a fur coat and move there.

If you think about cultural wise then, India is the best.
If you think about power, then, America is the best.
If you think about technology, then, America comes first.
(In case of power and technology, china comes in 2nd position, Russia comes in 3rd place and India comes in 4th place.) Sorry.
