My parents are here in USA for visiting us. Since I am a citizen I am sure that I can apply for their greencard and I applied for the I-30. I think it will take time to process this application. So, my questions are : 1) Do my parents has to go back to their home country(Inida) before their I-94 expires? 2) Is there any option to make them to stay back in USA by applying for visiting visa extension? 3) When I applied for I-30 I got the acknoledgement from the UCISC saying that they got the informations. Can my parents stay in USA with this information? Please advise..

1) Libby wasn't the leaker, Richard Armitage was.
2) Libby hasn't been pardoned. He is still considered legally convicted, and still is on probation and still must pay his fine. All Bush did was remove the prison sentence.

He ran his intial presidential campaign saying "I'm a uniter not a divider". But I seem to notice that there is more division in this country than I've seen in my lifetime. Heck, just read any political post on this site and you will see such hatred from one side to the other.
We can't get anything done in this country unless we unify for our common good. Whether a person is a liberal or a conservative they are still people, and we share a common future together.

I hired a contractor through Service Magic. After the job was done, you're required to rate the contractor and his work using several criteria. I told the truth and submitted my comments. I was in the Army and received this benefit monthly along with the VHA. I have a son interested in the military and am looking into all the benefits, careers of each service. I recently heard that the Air Force pays your monthly BAQ upfront for the entire year. I found this odd, since a lot can happen-divorce, orders etc. and you may have to pay it back. Any of you NCOs out there fill me in?
