It's about time someone asked this question, the sad answer? Never. I don't think he will ever pardon those two agents because they go against what he represents.
The two agents ,Igancio Ramos(11 years) and Jose Compean (12 years) were charged with the wounding of Osvaldo Aldrete-Davila. You have to remember these guys were doing their job protecting our boarder, when they shot a known drug trafficker who refused to comply. They did NOT kill the dealer , instead just incapacitated him, but received impossibly harsh sentences doing their jobs as US Agents.
Meanwhile Bush is openly pro-immigrant, especially pro-illegal immigrant. His policy to grant amnesty for over 5 million illegals was thankfully shot down earlier last week. So when you have two guys doing their job that effectively OPPOSES this idea, it quite frankly pisses Bush off and he will make sure they suffer for going against him.
Living proof is what he did for Scooter Libby yesterday. Scooter was guilty of perjury in the Valerie Plame case, meaning he knowingly LIED on trial , thus he withheld information could harm both Bush and Cheney. So effectively he took a bullet for both of them and after a jury ruled him to serve 30months, a $250,000 fine and 2 1/2 years probation, Bush revoked the jail time entirely, leaving just probation and fines. His reason was " the sentence was just too harsh" , yet these poor agents are both serving a combined 23 year sentence for doing their federally regulated job, how is that fair?
If this is not proof enough for all of you people now that we are dealing with a tolitarian-president, then you are truly blind and cannot think for yourselves! This is evidence enough to show Bush is incompentant and throwing his cronies around DC with him, breaking the law at free will.

because of the fact they're criminals. Pardons are meant to given to those that could make a reliable case for his or her innocence after conviction, which those 2 border patrol adult adult males won't be able to do. What approximately all the youngster molesters, murderers, and rapists who get overwhelmed on the part of demise in detention center -- might desire to those criminals get pardoned because of the fact they have been overwhelmed, too? How is imprisoning a "undesirable cop" a travesty of justice?

I don't know that he is " so quick" to pardon people. Those officers have already suffered sever beatings and no telling what else. I think he should pardon them, give them their jobs back if they want them, and give them back pay or a full pension.
I agree, pardon those officers. I don't agree with the way you put it though, considering other pardons before Bush became president.

This whole border patrol case amazes me. Think about it
Bushes justice department hung these guys out to dry. Why?
It blows my mind.
Libby has enough knowledge in his head to bring the entire
Whitehouse down. Think about it. He was Cheneys aide. Thank about the stuff that he knows.
Bush just showed once again that he thinks he is above the law. I just hope Bush doesn't go completely over the edge before the end of his term and start nuking everyone that God has told him to smite.

So quick to pardon people??? Have you bothered to compare how many people he has pardoned to Bill Clinton? Of course not. Clinton pardoned a ridiculous amount of criminals so they could donate to democrats. Libby did nothing wrong.
Kevw25, now you are just guessing to fill your agenda

He might now that the immigration bill has been shot down. He couldn't before since he'd look a little hypocritical.

He won't.
There's no money in it.
I do find it ironic that this pardon came just after a fishing trip with his father.
A little "fatherly advice" maybe?
