They are, but they will act with impunity until someone has the guts to call them on their BS and enforce the law. So far, the silence is deafening.

I wouldn't say they are above the law... but they test the ceiling an awful lot... I think they are pushing the limits and testing the laws, the same way every law we have ever had came to be... until someone says, Nope! You have overstepped your bounds, then they will continue... by pushing the limits, they set precedents for the future.

Law....What law? To them the Constitution is either out of date or a goddamn piece of paper and thus have no regard for rule of law anyway. So what is one to expect from that bunch of criminals? January 20, 2009 can't come soon enough.

Bush public servants don't serve time! They're unaccountable for their actions. Sure Libby sitll has a conviction on his record. But watch the Ct of Appeals or the Supreme Ct overturn it, or watch Bush pardon Libby on the way out.

First answer this one above the law.... or is it hypocrisy or liberal short term memory and this was just Clinton's pardons in 2001... over 147 and still the world record holder for commuting sentences!

Exactly! What has happened to representative government??? Is ANYONE listening to us? The vast majority of Americans have questions and concerns and we are being ignored.

Just because you disagree with someone does not mean they have broken the law. I think you may have Bush mixed up with the Clinton's of yesterday and today.
