Sadly, Yes.

Tony Bliar has allowed evidence gained from torture to be used in courts of law..

In the past the UK was found guilty of torture in Norther Ireland by Amnesty International. Also Tony has condoned the 'rendition' flights and the paperwork relating to these flights has disappeared.

In a UK jail, a lad of Pakistani origin was put in a cell with a loony racist who killed him. If that is not torture what is it?

It is illegal under several criminal laws, assault, battery, false imprisonment, actual bodily harm, grevious bodily harm, threats, threatening behaviour, affray and probably a few others nowadays.

Psychological torture in a domestic situation is probably legal.
