My unsolicited advice to him would be that if you are trying to shed your girly man image...you might want to confront your critics directly.

Don't people see how foolish they look and are when they identify people as red-staters and blue-staters ?
How utterly ridiculous .
Ironically a Rock Band , Pink Floyd , Was Trying To Show How Foolish It Is To Be Prejudice , And Yet , Some People Just Don't Get It !!

(excerpt from the song continued from titled post)... That one looks Jewish , and that one's a coon . Who let all this riff-raff in-to the room .
There's one smoking a joint. . . and another one with spots. . .. . . . . . . . . If I had my way . . . I'd have all of them ----- .
I can't post the last word because somebody would mistake it as my words and not the words of the song . But they were intentionally being prejudice to show the idiocy of prejudice .

Do you agree that the whole red and blue stater thing has got to go ? And if you do , then would you please remind/chastise anyone who does it ?

Here is a story that happend to me last night. Its funny but its also worrying at the same time.

"I had my car broken into at the Station car park and they did a lot of damage. I was on the phone to the Police at the time, when there was a knock at the door. "Hi, Its the Police, can we come in". I thought "WOW that was quick I am still on the phone with the". But this bunch were making enquires about some house break-ins in our local area. We sat them down and gave them a coffee while I finished with the Police on the phone about my car, when there was another knock at the door. "Hi, Its the Police, can we come in". This was the Murder squad ask questions about the murder Saturday night.

In total I had 6 Police officers all drinking my coffee while I am talking to them over the phone about my car. What next? :)"

Its time way get far tougher on crime and go "Zero Tollerance" just as New York did. If we need more jails then lets build them and fill them with the scum.

That his beloved partner Tony Blair has quit as British Prime Minister. Who will he get to assist him in his illegal wars of conquest. Just who will he be able to click his fingers at the way he used to click and shout 'Yo Blair' before his lapdog Blair came over to him. Will the new British PM also be George Bush's gimp or will he have to find a new gimp?

She has been making fun of him so much and he was so upset and desperate he had his wife go on national news and ask Coulter to stop making fun of her husband. I don't really like Coulter, but it is embarrassing that a potential US President had his wife ask Coulter to stop making fun of her husband. What a tough guy Edwards is.

Clinton did many, many things wrong. He had the crooked Attorney General Janet Reno order the blowing up of the Waco Compound because one criminal was inside, the massacre of a whole family at Ruby Ridge by an FBI agent, he failed to get bin Laden over 5 times, he lied to the nation about his affair with Monica, he "smoked but did not inhale," took away gun rights from average Americans, failed to retaliate for the '93 World Trade Center Attacks when he should have invaded the Middle East, and did the same with the USS Cole Bombing. The only good thing was there was a surplus in the budget when he left, but that was not his doing, but the doing of Alan Greenspan and other people who helped run the Federal Reserve.

Such a coward and putting people on a block list? I wouldn't do that to her. Maybe I have more respect for free speech than she does.

Is it just to eat up all our taxes? What exactly are they doing if they are not listening to the voice of the people?

The reason why I put this question in the Immigration area is because the specific area where the Senate is not listening to the American people has to deal with the amnesty bill that they are "Debating" right now.

I just came up with a new voting system proposal. It consists of the following: voters would receive a ballot with the list of all the runoffs. A voter then must vote for 1 candidate in each runoff. Third party and major party voters would be treated the same since they both have to vote strategically in runoffs where a candidate from either a third party or major party isn't there. The winner would be the candidate that either wins every runoff or the one with the most points. Allocating points could be 3 points for a runoff victory and 1 for a runoff tie (just like in soccer). Should there be a tie between 2 candidates, the result of the runoff is considered. If the runoff was a tie, a ballot will be chosen at random to determine the winner. What do you guys think?

A friend of mine refused to vote for Gore in 2000 because he was pro-choice. Although she thought Bush was a moron (which history has proven true), she says she couldn't in clear concience vote for someone who supports abortion.
Now my question is this: do you base your vote on a singular issue that may have no actual play once said politician is elected (examples: gay marriage, abortion, stem cell research), or do you base your vote on important day-to-day issues..such as the Iraq War, taxes, immigration, and health care?

I'm annoyed at Democrats wasting our money, especially Senator Ted Stevens (D) from Alaska, building a bridge to nowhere for $400 million. How do these guys keep getting re-elected?

There are a lot of things that would have me labled an Ultra Conservative, and other things I believe would make me be called a Liberal. I truly believe i am what some people would call a Libertarian... Should I just start my political manifesto here on YA and go from there? I am sure there are others out there with my political views...

Why do police act like ignorant pigs when there on duty,eg,stopping cars on busy roads, stopping in bus stops,or double yellow lines,or even speeding and not wearing seat belts.
The other day one of them opened its car door right in my path and i nearly took it off.The filthy look he gave me.
Before you judge the road was very narrow.
No wonder there is lack of respect for them, cos i for one have no respect what so ever for the police.
I think they are lazy overpaid and a waste of time.
But unfortuanatly as people say we need them.

If your a do gooder dont bother to reply carry on looking out your window.

Do you agree? Standing up for someone who has been wronged even though you're against them is a very admirable quality. I staunchly disagree with Tom Tancredo on a lot of things, but I have to give credit where it's due.

Anyone have extra duct tape?

Fearful people are more dependent, more easily manipulated and controlled, more susceptible to deceptively simple, strong, tough measures and hard-line postures. ... They may accept and even welcome repression if it promises to relieve their insecurities.
