You would have to go back through 1000 years of history. The hatred has been around at least that long. The wars only stopped when Tito controlled the region; as he crushed any opposition, regardless of Bosnian or Serb affiliation. With the death of Tito and the fall of the Soviet Union, all the ethnic hatred boiled back up to the top.

There is Serbian, Croatian and Muslim they have hated each other of years. The Serbs finally got control and made the most of it. They will never forget their hatred of each other.
