To purchase a TracFone from a store, and sell it for more money in another state?

Senario: I work at a Dollar General in the state of PA, people come from MI, NY, OH, and purchase TracFones by the dozen. My superiors, tells me to let them purchase two at a time, but don't refuse the sale if the they come back, and to call the police, as it is a "scam". I myself call it capitalism, and think that is nothing different than what our government is doing. So my question again, is; is it illegal to purchase a tracfone and sell it for more in another state?

insurance. He said that if I fight this in court he will throw in the speeding charge as well. He said i can just pay it off, they were 180 each. I even went to the police station and asked again, they said that I could just mail in the payment, and thats what I did. My court date was on the 20th and today on the 21st I got a letter saying that I had to have gone to court for the tickets along with my check.
Does anybody know what kind of crap im in? I think its because of the police officers told me a bunch of bs im in this mess.

I know inmates make a little bit of money while in a state prison. They do small jobs for very little income. I know that very little income is still better than no income.
I'm owed thousands in back child support, and never received anything. My daughters father will finally be going to a State prison for numerous felonys, and I was just wondering how much money I can expect to make while he's in there. Even $10 per month is better than nothing at all.

let's assume what conservatives say about the liberal media and universties is true...why?

I have a theory...

I think both are fairly low paying, relative to the education needed for the jobs, and on the whole, conservatives are more motivated by pay than liberals...

if I'm correct, it's kind of a self-fullfilling prophecy...

I mean most media sources are owned by huge corperations now days that would clearly have a vested interest in pro-business practices, which Republicans do push... the way I see it?

at the same time, if conservatives are correct, our schools and media have quite a large influence on the population... so that could be a problem...

what do you think?

I just read up on Napoleon, and was amazed that not only did the French army get stuck taking on the Russians like Hitler would later, they even got chased back until Paris surrendered (if I understood right). History isn't my strong point, and I tried to look it up on Wikipedia, but, well, has Russia actually been defeated in warfare?

It's been almost 3 month alreay...
I was passing in the middle of the red light. Then I recognized that it was red light!!!!! in the middle of passing. I was thinking something else at that time. It was so crazy to do that. No accident luckily. I think I have been caught on the red light enforcement camera because there's red light enforcement sign and cameras, but I haven't received any ticket by mail. The cameras were broken at that time maybe. However, if I had caught on the camera, I need to pay for the ticket. Is there any way to get free driving record or check if I have a traffic ticket on my record? It's Atlanta, GA. Thanks.

every child conceived is born? In a way doesn't this perpetrate the cycle republicans say you hate? The generational welfare family? Saying it's a moral issue imposes your morals on me, saying it's a religious issue imposes your religious beliefs on me. Shouldn't it be a woman's choice?

How exactly do Medical records work? See, I was thinking of joining the military, but on military.com it says that when you go to talk to a recruiter it's a good idea to bring your medical records. I've been to more than one doctor throughout my life, I'm confused, what exactly do I do... it seems impractical to get a report from every health/medical/doctor/hospital facilaty that I've ever been to?? I just started this job as a night auditor June 4th, 07 and was doing well. Yesterday, I was called in for a "meeting" and was told I was terminated on these terms: Uncompliance with company policy with cashbank procedure. Some of it I understand and some of it I think it total BS and I need to express how BS this all is and what I can do legally for justice.

A.) They said that the last four shifts I was working I had over a hundred dollars each night missing from my cashbank. (little blue bags with my money.)
1.) My cashbank stayed on top of the money safe in the back office where I did my work each night. My banks WERE THERE BEFORE I ARRIVED TO WORK each night and the account assistant picked them up before my shift ended each morning.
2.) I was not trained or told otherwise to move my banks to another location. I used my best judgement to keep them there instead of in a drawer in the front desk, but...

Why are most politicains two faced? i am watching an edition of Question time and the way they say they opposed the war in Iraq as if they did, i remember most politicians backing it and now they say they didnt and use some mumbo jumbo terminology to try and convince us. Is there anyway I can contact someone at the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Courts about child support payments through email? I have many things I would like to talk to them about, and I have no idea where to start. I am only a teenager, and I dont want my mother to find out about me trying to contact them. As un-real as this may sound, I am trying to get my biological father that isn't paying my family child support in jail.. it's not only that, but how he has affected my family (calling and harrasing us, saying he was going to kill us), and his past criminal record, and he fact he is driving illegally. The Courst took away his license for non-payment, and that is not stopping him sitll. Not to mention the mental affect he has had on me.

Any tips? Any good advice about what to do? And does anyone know someone I can talk to about this ; someone from the courts, maybe?

Please give me advice. That would mean a TON to me!!

Uhm, My xboyfriend was arrested while driving drunk with our baby in the car..he drove around the corner from his house and was pulled over [thank God]
I know he was arrestd and taken to jail, he got out that same night and the officer said he was not gonna charge for child endagerment. Since then, I've only had 1 contact message from him and a phone call wherein he states that he will contact me on the 28th, which is almost 2 weeks. I understand he may be in a DUI school or something, Does anyone know anything about alcohol programs and their rules or have any idea why he will not see us, talk to us and acted like he is not allowed to even get calls from us? All he said was, he is safe and will contact me on the 28th....???

Radical Christian types routinely distort history to suggest that our founding fathers were Christians, but they weren't...they were masonic deists.

Radical Christians routinely cite Biblical passages to justify everything from their own degenerate homophobia to the legacy of slavery and racism in the US. Yet, their attachment to biblical law somehow wanes when it comes to stuff like keeping kosher, shaving their beards and turning the other cheek.

Radical Christians shrink in horror when muslims engage Sharia (Koranic law), but deep in their hearts they envy these islamic barbarians for the swift finality of their justice.

The Religious Right in the US wants nothing more than to dismantle our democracy in favor of theocracy (like Iran, except with white, protestant ministers instead of arab mullahs and ayatollahs), and to facilitate the end of the world.

In my opinion, they are no different than Al-Queda (see Oklahoma City bombing if you think they arent violent).

He's now making a disicion on whether to close Guantanamo. It looks like he's going to close it. Why did he have to drag it out and make an @ss out of himself for such a long time. It was inevitably going to be closed.
And the resistence to closing it seems to be that Cheney didn't want to move the prisioners. He didn't want them to get undeserved legal rights. Who made him judge and jury??

in a country where there is welfare, free h.s., democracy, freedom of speech, medicaid etc. what is the excuse of a poor American?
why is it that so many immigrants come here from europe and asia, hold spots in top universities and take in good jobs. these immigrants came from countries who couldnt give them democracy, medicaid etc, thats why they left. if the immigrants can make it without those luxuries, why cant americans with those luxuries?
