You can look many places - but it will still leave you with lots of questions because there is not much information out there for obvious reasons - the most info you can get would be from a recruiter that is recruiting specifically for intelligence possitions - tour recruiter was like that - and there were still things that he did not know about just because no one knows until they are there
You probably won't get the answer in this forum anyway because of the subject material
