Uhm, My xboyfriend was arrested while driving drunk with our baby in the car..he drove around the corner from his house and was pulled over [thank God]
I know he was arrestd and taken to jail, he got out that same night and the officer said he was not gonna charge for child endagerment. Since then, I've only had 1 contact message from him and a phone call wherein he states that he will contact me on the 28th, which is almost 2 weeks. I understand he may be in a DUI school or something, Does anyone know anything about alcohol programs and their rules or have any idea why he will not see us, talk to us and acted like he is not allowed to even get calls from us? All he said was, he is safe and will contact me on the 28th....???

sound like there is more to this than you know about. was this his first DUI? maybe he is on the run so he won't do jail time

He's probably embarrassed,humiliated,and scared your going to give him hell...waiting for things to cool down...
