It's been almost 3 month alreay...
I was passing in the middle of the red light. Then I recognized that it was red light!!!!! in the middle of passing. I was thinking something else at that time. It was so crazy to do that. No accident luckily. I think I have been caught on the red light enforcement camera because there's red light enforcement sign and cameras, but I haven't received any ticket by mail. The cameras were broken at that time maybe. However, if I had caught on the camera, I need to pay for the ticket. Is there any way to get free driving record or check if I have a traffic ticket on my record? It's Atlanta, GA. Thanks.

If you haven't gotten it you didn't get a ticket, but call the court and ask if you have anything pending.

first it is an infraction not a civil issue and and unpaid one can become a misdemeanor and it dose count as points on your record. If you were to get a ticket from an officer and not pay it you would have the same issue of being arrested for failure to pay tickets. The reason tickets have gone up in areas with the camera is because there are not enough officers to sit at every intersection to go after people running them, the cameras have cut down on accidents. If you can prove that you were legally in the intersection when the light turned red then you can fight it. By the way i have gotten a red light camera ticket i actually payed it and went to traffic school so i would not get points for it. I ran it i thought i could make it but i did not so i payed the fine unlike you if you want to ignore the laws you deserve to get arrested

If you were caught on camera, the area would have been bathed in a sharp white light, like giant camera flash or lightning. If you didn't see that, it didn't film you. After three months of not hearing a thing, I wouldn't worry about it. The cameras may have been inoperable. Lucky for you.

I've heard that anybody can beat that ticket because you have a right to have your accuser (i.e., cop) in the court if you want to fight the ticket. Being that a camera isn't going to climb off the light & show up to court the ticket is dismissed. This has been argued & won in municipalities around the country from what I've been told.

Well you might have gotten lucky, but it could still come. They will send you something if you got caught running the light. So dont worry unless you get something in the mail.

I got one of those and I ignored it and this was over a year ago and nothing has happened. The sent it in the mail and the picture was actually very comical we were leaving a night club and were tipsy and I was laughing and my boyfriends head was in my chest area. He was kissing and tickling me and they caught that on the pic. Thank god his head was there cause he had pulled mu tube top down....I wouldn't worry about it. just ignore it and act like it never came to your house. They can't prove you got it!

If you haven't received one by now, you won't (99.9% sure).
If yours' work like the ones in Albuquerque, the camera won't "trip" if you are already in the middle of the intersection when the light turns red.

You can NOT get ticket from some Camera thing for red light. It will only happy if you had hit Donald Trump or Mr. McMahon. Do not worry, you are safe 100%.

I wouldn't worry about it if you haven't received a ticket or summons. You can't do anything about it anyways. Like I always say, "There's no such thing as a free puppy."

hey i was caught on that crap too, and i live in lilburn, GA, but if they dont send it, you dont pay, you just got really lucky, cuz if they did catch it it would've sent you something, and it doesnt go on your driving record, its just a traffic violation of 70 dollars and thats it, but i mean if you want to make sure you might just want to go to the city's police department and ask them if you owe them something, like i got ticketed in lilburn so i had to go to the City of Lilburn Police Department...good luck!
