This might seem kinda odd, but i think the soldiers in Irag are being to nice. I mean its good that the soldiers want to become friends with them but all they want to do is kill us and each other. I think the U.S should be stricter with the citizens. WE have to show them that we mean business or else they're just going to continue hurting us. What do you think

I'm 17 years old and I just had a baby 5 days ago. My grandpa lives w/ us & so does my sis (she's 4). My mom lied to the both of them and didnt tell them it was my baby, she said the bby was 1 month old and she adopted the bby from her friend. so basically since she lied shes telling me not to show any attachment towards the bby and to not act like the babys mom in ANY way. so whenever my sis or gpa are home she doesnt let me care for the bby or hold my baby. she also said that when i get my checks from welfare that she'll be taking $100 or more from them, could she do all this to me?!

i need help, i live in california and i dont know what the laws are here for teen moms. please help me find a way out or give me any website or hotlines that can help.

would going to the police be a good idea? and what do i tell them?

I'm thinking of enlisting with the Air Force or the Navy. I'm not far from the IL-WI border. I'm on the IL side and was thinking of going across the border to a recruiter in Kenosha or Racine instead of one the two Air Force and Navy recruiters near me. Can I do that or do I have to see a recruiter in IL?

John Edwards is talking about the 2 Americas, the rich and the poor. Thats really something when someone super rich like Edwards is going to help the working class. I never understood the Democrats, which their tax and spend attitude would ever help any working class, or poor people in this country. Lets face most of the senaters are filthy rich they didnt get that way by giving a damn about anyone beneath them. The only good senators are the ones we vote out, then we dont have to listen to their bull about carring for the poor.

My son was honorably discharged from the USCG after a motorcycle accident involving alcohol. I know he was wrong but now they are doing an investigation a year after the fact and saying that due to his misconduct he should pay for his medical bills. He has not recovered mentally or physically and owns nothing. He connot afford an attorney and they will not provide him with one. I have two other sons that are Marines and they have never heard of anything like this. Can they reverse the honorable discharge? We just do not understand why they would do this. It seems like someone made a mistake a year ago and now they are trying to fix it. He was questioned initially, prior to discharge and signed away his right to an attorney eight weeks after severe head trauma. Is there anyone that can help us?

Its my belief that parents have the obligation to teach their children their values, be it religious values, conservatives values, or even liberal values.

But liberals for some reason seem to call it brainwashing, and all sorts of other silly names.

So why shouldn't parents teach their children the values that they hold?

Seems like in the areas where the illegals are concentrated (dug in) there are three things that draw them: 1) Businesses are so infiltrated with them already they don't have a choice but to hire more as they are recomended by the "company family" 2) Those established here are eager to take more in if they have a square foot to stash them and an extra bean to throw in the pot because that adds to the strength of their existance (vote in some cases) 3) speaking of vote, in those heavy concentrated areas of illegals where the aforementioned conditions exist if the local government moves to keep from going bankrupt because of such a heavy freeload situation they just vote them out. In summary; mankind has had to contend with inside corruption ever since Cane slew Able and the concept of divide and conquer has been around about as long. We need to come to an agreement as soon as possible and everyone get behind the program. Success depends on the borders being secured first.

My fiancée has worked for the same company for 2 years. She makes both salary and commission but the company has grown so they have begun cutting in on how much commission the employees make. Last year, my fiancée dealt with a sexual harassment situation at work, where she reported someone harassing her, but since then her own supervisor has always treated her differently. He felt she was stirring up trouble by reporting it. She is on a team with 12 other employees who all have the same job description yet they took her aside last week and told her that they were setting higher sales goals for her, higher than anyone else on her team. For example, they do these web site demos to bring in new customers. Everyone else on the team is expected to do 3 a day but they have her at 8. It appears they are trying to force her to quit or make it so they can fire her for not hitting expected quotas. Other than people saying she should quit, is this some kind of form of discrimination?

I've personnally never had a $400.00 haircut like Mr Edwards..I resent him thinking he speaks for me. I am solid Middle class who pays $11.00 for a haircut and tips $5.00 on top of that. Mr. Edwards certainly doesn't speak for me and if I was poor, (I have been poor befor) would NOT want him speaking for me either.

Since 95% of Iranians hate their President and want democracy, they should not be targeted. I am for the CIA or Special Ops assassinating the President of Iran and capturing the Ayatollah, making it look like the doing of Iranian Communists, but not killing the Ayatollah, as killing him will cause a religious problem and he knows important things. And then we use drone aircraft to strike the highest risk nuclear facilities when people are not working there. And then we go home without killing any Iranian civilians. The civilians don't need to be killed because of their horrible leader.

I was a freight broker and truck dispatcher working strictly on commission. I made 20% of the proffit on each load covered by our office. I have been owed this money since the begining of Jan. She has told me many times she would make a payment. P.S. My boss was also my good friend which is why i have waited so long.
