Not just financially either, would you either marry the woman, live with her or at least move close to her so you could care for the child half of the time? Would you care for the child on your own to prevent her from having an abortion?

i work for this attorney who got his lisence to practice law taken away for 90 days, he is using another attornies name for the time, even some of the local courthouses know he's doing it and are ok with it. that disgusts me. I want to turn him I dont want him to know it was me, not because i'll lose my job, but i don't want any bad blood since he is also a longtime family 'friend'. I would normally mind my own business, but he is a egotistical jerk and he rips so many people off and he deserves to be punished.

I'm against amnesty too and I agree we have to defend the borders. There are provisions in the bill to do all that and I would support wording that "made" Homeland Security spend the money only for that but we do have 12 Million Illegals here right now. How do we solve that problem? How would you get them out of the country?

I'm trying to find details on changing a minor's last name in the state of TX. My ex g/f and I just had our final court hearing but did not request name change during that time. Paternity has been proven by DNA test last year. My son, his mother and I would all like to change his last name to mine. Does this have to be petitioned by the mother and taken before a judge again? Or is there another way around this since we all agree it is in the best interest of our son?

FOX has stated, "Contraceptive advertising must stress health-related uses rather than the prevention of pregnancy." CBS said that it "did not find it appropriate" for its network. I guess FOX thinks it's OK for people who are financially and/or psychologically ill-equipped for parenthood to bring children into a life of hardship. (Or perhaps they just want more dysfunctional people for the cheesy reality shows they'll be making down the road.) Also, it's awfully funny the CBS "did not find it appropriate", especially when you consider the risqué content of shows like "Two and a Half Men".

I read so much about Fox here and most of it comes from you Libs. Frequently it's you folks who quote them! I personally am not that big of a Fox fan, and get much of my information right here on this forum from you folks, the very ones who knock them day in and day out. Oh, I know there will be a few here who say you never watch it, and yet you knock it also. Are you merely parroting your fellow libs? Did you know that FOX News is probably indepted to you Libs for making and keeping them #1 in the ratings?

The case worker
tells me i have to take a drug test....for no reason! I have taken 7 already and all is neg. he than tells me it is apart of my case plan....I have my case plan and and dont speak of such! ehis case workers is telling my EX- that he shouls file for a devorce while my case is open, He should file for childsupport, and other legal maters that is out of his bounders! this case worker has traced my cell. phone to come and get me from where i was at just to make me take a drug test! he has also lied on me and now that he knows that i have been rec. the conversation he wont answer my calls so i can see about my children!

I am not a immigrant, I was BORN here in United States of America so that makes me AMERICAN. If I was born in Russia and applied to live here in the United States I would be a legal Immigrant. If I was born in Mexico and snuck across the border illegally than I am an illegal immigrant. My question is why do the pro illegals use the argument of "we are all immigrants"? My ancestors were, but they were legal why can't they see there is a difference?

USA is facing a huge problem about the immigration.
I have an idea about it don't know how is sounds.
Instead of giving away the illegal people citizenship so easily why don't we do it in a tough way.
1) first of all give them a visa status (like Visa Z) so that they can be a part of the system
2) then they pay say 30-40% of tax on their income, so that will help us to recover money lost in war
3) to catch all the illegal immigrants what we do is make a law that if someone catches a illegal immigrant working in company, company pays fine 5 times that income of that person and the informant get money equal to that illegal immigrant`s salary.
4) also do the same policy for the banks so that this illegal immigrants stop hiding their money over there
5) now comes the most important part, this guys with Visa Z or any status that they are given should wait for 10 yrs. as punishment before they apply for legal permanent resident.
