I didn't know that.Makes me sad and I don't get it.Anyone who considers him or herself pro life should encourage the use of contraceptives not to mention what they can do where ST D's are concerned.
It's not surprising at all countries like the Netherlands where sex education is open and availability of contraceptives is big the rates of teen pregnancy are far below that of the US.
Technically I agree private company, they decide but we have a right to think their decision is wrong and very negative for the American society

"I guess FOX thinks it's OK for people who are financially and/or psychologically ill-equipped for parenthood to bring children into a life of hardship. "
how in the hell does not advertising for some company that sells condoms make a network responsible for people's personal sexual decisions?
you question makes 2 and 2 add up to 13

The companies have the right to air (or not to) condom adds if they want to.I really doubt that people who are" financially and/or psycholgically ill-equipped" are going to care much less be swayed by some ad.

Its REALLY about the fragile male ego...
Have you noticed that EVERY single female
product is advertised, no matter how embarrassing?
And women need to have it shown of how bra's or
feminne products are worn or used...
Meanwhile men...no sexy underwear...no jock straps...
no man itching problems or whatever else problems they
get...
Oh but they do have pills to cater for those men
who just can't do it....but in a such goofy dorky way
that it doesn't offend the fragile male ego...

Come on....a little honesty here. You would slam Fox if they aired ads with happy dancing condoms! Your issue isn't about "people who are financially and/or psychologically ill-equipped for parenthood" you just want to RANT. I won't defend CBS because I don't think they even deserve air time, I'll leave that to someone else.

As businesses, they are allowed to choose which advertising partners to whom they sell advertising slots.
There is no problem here because there is no law that says they must air condom ads.

Yeah, so what?
It's not like people don't know what condoms are (or where to buy them).
If they don't want to get pregnant, they should practice some self-control.

No, but I am glad they do not. Those who are not financially or psychologically not equipped to have kids should NOT HAVE SEX.
You prove the conservative point that shows people need to be taught that they should not have sex.

It wouldn't matter if they would just teach about birth control in schools.
