Immigration Question?

USA is facing a huge problem about the immigration.
I have an idea about it don't know how is sounds.
Instead of giving away the illegal people citizenship so easily why don't we do it in a tough way.
1) first of all give them a visa status (like Visa Z) so that they can be a part of the system
2) then they pay say 30-40% of tax on their income, so that will help us to recover money lost in war
3) to catch all the illegal immigrants what we do is make a law that if someone catches a illegal immigrant working in company, company pays fine 5 times that income of that person and the informant get money equal to that illegal immigrant`s salary.
4) also do the same policy for the banks so that this illegal immigrants stop hiding their money over there
5) now comes the most important part, this guys with Visa Z or any status that they are given should wait for 10 yrs. as punishment before they apply for legal permanent resident.

Also we can add more restrictions on them like they cannot get the social security benefits only medial benefits.
I also would like to comment that most of the old immigrants stay in USA is because of the money that government gives them. Well if the government only gives them universal Medicare and Food stamps, trust me all guys above 60-65 will move back to their country. This people stay here for the sake of money only and due to this our future generations my not even get the benefits of retirement. This old guys are creating an imbalance.

Most of that is covered by the proposed comprehensive immigration reform bill.

Z visa would allow them to do what they already do but let us know who they are what they do.

They MUST PAY all back taxes if any are due, they pay the same taxes everybody else does.

The bill states that punishment for hiring an undocumented worker (illegal is a wrong term there is no law that forbids entry to the US so they can't be illegal, remember, only that which has been forbidden by law is illegal) would be $70,000 per incident, two illegals equals $140,000 and so on.

# 4 makes no sense, many people that do not live or work in the US have US bank accounts for many reasons, business is the most common.

Those with a Z visa would have to wait eight years not ten, but close enough.

No citizenship for illegals. Also, their children should not be citizens. We don't need lawbreakers and people of questionable loyalty to become citizens. Also, why not force the government to process all the people who want to come here legally while deporting the illegals? If we do that, then we will once again become a country of laws and we can collect the taxes and fees the right way. Otherwise all we are doing is increasing the demand for law enforcement and jails and furthering lawlessness, gangs, drug dealers, organized crimes and terrorist activities. I do like the reporting part. I think U.S. Citizens should be rewarded for reporting illegal aliens and I think the companies, churches and anyone else that hires, harbors and helps illegals should have their assets seized and should serve jail time. I go a step further and insist that they be charged as enemy combatants and terrorists and aiding and abetting invaders -- treason. If the law is enforced and the punishment is severe enough, the incentive to break it will be drastically reduced.

I think what this really comes down to (for most Americans) is that we are not going to offer anything until the border is secured and employer sanctions are in place.

I understand the latter would displace lots of workers and cause problems - but you know the employers and congress brought this on themselves by not enforcing the 1986 sanctions and not doing anything to comply with the many laws that have passed since.

I have a counterproposal.
It is said that there are 20million illegal immigrants living in the United States. Instead of rounding them all up, how about we do the following.

1) Invite them to come and register for legal immigrant status
2) Give them Green cards and let them live here
3) Once they have Green Cards, they can work for the minimum wage like everyone else does.
4) Make English the official language, so that everyone has to learn it.

However, here is where I differ from the idiots in washington.

If you are illegal and your came forward, you will be allowed to live here and in time could even become a citizen....however, since you broke the law to get here and probably broke another one (identity fraud) to get social security cards, then you can never vote.

That would reward people for coming over here the legal way, and keep the illegals from voting. (It's perfectly legal, because even our own citizen criminals can't vote.)

criminal immigration is the technique the place human beings attempting to circulate into the U. S. stick to immigration rules and stick to for visas, etc. to circulate into the country. unlawful immigration happens whilst human beings sneak in like thieves in the night, as in chinese language welded into the steel holds of field ships that run aground on long island and Mexicans sneaking around the southern border without regard to the regulation. And sturdy grief, birds do no longer immigrate, they migrate, this is traveling with the seasons. Mexicans might to that end be greater actual suggested as unlawful migrants.

Why the hell should immigrants pay for our war? They do pay taxes, you idiot, more than they are supposed to because these companies abuse them, paying them way less than they are supposed to, white people blame illegals, but blame your own, if no one hired the illegals, they could not work, therefore they would leave! Do you forget half of our ancestors were immigrants from all these other countries? This has always existed, I don't know why they are making a big deal about it now, if the people were more "good-looking and light-skinned" then we would be more sympathetic, seriously.

All you care about is money! That is all you talk about. What is money? We live in a make believe world where we all play real life Monopoly. Money is just paper that has a belief that it has worth. Without it we cannot live. People say that the American money is back up by gold. But what is gold? Just a pretty rock with the belief that it is worth a bunch of little papers.
