The case worker
tells me i have to take a drug test....for no reason! I have taken 7 already and all is neg. he than tells me it is apart of my case plan....I have my case plan and and dont speak of such! ehis case workers is telling my EX- that he shouls file for a devorce while my case is open, He should file for childsupport, and other legal maters that is out of his bounders! this case worker has traced my cell. phone to come and get me from where i was at just to make me take a drug test! he has also lied on me and now that he knows that i have been rec. the conversation he wont answer my calls so i can see about my children!

First get a lawyer. Next contact your case worker's
boss and file a complaint. Finally talk to the District
Attorney's office and see if any of your rights are being violated. If there has been a judgment
against you then make an appointment with the judge that ruled and explain what is going on.
Ask if another case worker can be assigned to
your case. Good luck.

They don't take children for no reason and they don't usually drug test you repeatedly unless they have reason to suspect you are using. Have you thought maybe someone is feeding him false information? Ask for a change of social worker.

you cannot reason with these people. they think they are god and assume they know whats best for your child when half the time they are making matters a living hell for the kids. they don`t know sh... they need to answer to authority themselves!

Make a formal complaint to their supervisor.

just do what they ask sooner or later they will see that a lot of your problems are unfounded and will stop harassing you
