Yes.
They are too stupid to actually read it including Section 413 which paves the way to disolving the US and joining us up with Canada and Mexico to form the North American Union.

I'd like to know what was wrong with the old one oh ya they didn't enforce it. What good is making another one they wont enforce, posturing.
