The ribbon is from the 1957 Presidential Campaign between John C. Fremont and James Buchanon. On it is the slogan "Free speech, free press, free territory, free men," as well as the slogan "Give 'em Jessie." There is also a picture of him on it and an American flag.

And please don't say Bush. His record is a very mixed one at best.

Chronologically, I rate them as:
1. Theodore Roosevelt
2. Franklin Roosevelt
3. Dwight Eisenhower
4. John Kennedy
5. Ronald Reagan

He desrves this as the PROTECTOR or FREEDOM! Too bad he can't get this from liberals in his own country. Albania appreciates him.

TIRANA, Albania (AP) - President Bush, enthusiastically welcomed as the first U.S. president in this former communist nation, served notice Sunday he is running out of patience with Russia's objections to independence for neighboring Kosovo.

Bush made promises that he did not keep.
Bush lied about his stand on immigration.

I have yet to hear from a sane human being that Bush has committed any war crime.

Law enforcement are in place in every city to keep order and protect and serve, without them we would perish.
As the soilders in Iraq, without them we also would perish.

To assume we are wrong to be in Iraq is to assume that all those who died on 9/11 meant nothing to this country.

It didn't used to be like this. Everything was in English, period. The hispanics HAD to learn English, and they did. Now we are catering to them. I miss the good old days.

Are you just not educated enough to understand what he is talking about?

Are you so brainwashed that you think that he is an "evil doer"?

Have you not done any research about him?

Do you just believe all the media propaganda that spews from the TV?

Do you only believe the 8 second soundbites that you hear?

Why don't you like him?

I've already made up my mind, but I have some problems: even though my father has agreed to pay me about one thousand dollars to support me, is my mom required to do so as well? where do I find fitting housing? if I do find a decent one bedroom apartment, is the landlord justified to rent to a minor of sixteen years old?

im kind of hoping someone thats been in the navy a long time or retired navy reads this.

basically im trying to see how a permanent duty swap would work, in order to get out of my current duty station. you see its not that i hate where i am, or anything like that.

simply its just not beneficial for me to be at my current station. I am a fleet engineering rate, Machinery Repairman who is stationed with the Seabees. I dont hate the seabees, but, i simply cannot learn my job here. dont have the proper tools, etc etc. and when i approach my chain of command about certain things they want me to do that i simply cannot do because i dont have the proper tools, they look at me like im lying.

the truth is, i am 1 of 2 people with my job in my battallion out of 700 people. no one here understands my rate.

its a lot of rambling, but basically how would i go about getting the ball rolling on trying to duty swap out of here.
