IMAGINE some GOVERNMENT maternity hospital's doctor 'D' gives NAME & ADRESSES of few of her patients who delivered babies there; to some other doctor ' L' for L's PERSONAL use ,
WITHOUT taking CONSENT of those patients.
'L' don't have any professional relation with those patients in any way.
Q1~~Is not it BREACH of PROFESSIONAL SECRECY by 'D'?
Q2~~Are both of them ( D & L ) responsible for it or only D is responsible for breaching privacy of patients ?
Q3~~What actions can be taken against such docters by aggrieved patients?
Q4~~What kind of punishment is given to doctors for such acts ?
Q5~~What if the same act is done by other NON-Medical staff of that maternity hospital in INDIA?

I have a court date coming up (minor) and this cop stops me right, and he was so mean. He stopped me because of my tints where to dark. I tired to explain to him that my daughter has Eczema and I rather not have the sun on her skin. He would not even let me finish what I wanted to say. He was like "tell it to the judge." Man I pray he don't show up! He gave me a $60.00 ticket for tints and I also tried to explain to him that a cop had already stop me a few days before for the same reason and he just gave me a repair order. I had a doctor's note in my car and he did no want to see that either. It stated that the baby has bad eczema. I did not get a public defender. But what should I do? Like plea guilty if he is there and explain my story or plea not guilty.

I have two friends that met eachother while serving in the army. They fell in love, got married and are expecting their first child soon. Is it encouraged or frown upon for men and women of the same branch to form romantic relationships? I am not talking same sex relationships, but male-female relationships just to be clear.

Who you vote for says alot about who you are, your beliefs and methods. Let me give you some things she has said.
Talking about the war

Thats extremely childish and naive and stupid saying that.

In response, Clinton repeated her assertion that "knowing what we know now, I would never have voted for it,"

She voted for the war, i guess she made the same mistake as Bush then? Then she blames Bush and says it is all his fault.

These are all real quotes from her New Hampshire speach. If you vote for her it says alot about you. Im not a democrat, but i honestly think Obama is better than Hillary

I have been following Iranian politics and I think that Ahmaninejad is a political persona created to scare the west to the bargaining table.

Look at Zhirinovsky during the Yeltsin era. He made a lot of wild statements like Russia should retake Alaska and that Russia should reform the Soviet Union. This cause western leaders to rush to support Yeltsin to help strengthen his positions. If you look at Zhirinovsky's voting record in the Duma you will see that on every close vote he sided with Yeltsin and only voted against him when the outcome was certain.

I think that Ahmadinejad is doing the same for Ali Khamenei. Ahmadinejad makes statements calling for the destruction of Israel, he makes anti-west statements all the time. His actions are outrageous but look at the results. We have had diplomatic talks for the first time since 1979. Khamenei is now legitimized at home (during troubled times) and is the first to talk to the west in almost 30 years.

They have being told go home And now we are going to have to tell them to leave . They are not going to leave on there Owen . That is most likely . What do we do now to remove them . Should we try to stop there funding by getting angry with the ones that hirer them . But then they have no money so they will turn to crime , no problem they are criminals anyway .Bad ideal ! What to do ? Call the cops and get the removed from your street or call housing authorities and get them removed ? How do you think we should deal with this .
