Why did you give Bin Laden a nickname? Are you like Bush?
He gives everyone a nickname, it's kinda sad. Also, to answer your question, I know you didn't mean to sound arrogant, but offering American citizenship is like saying that the other person's country sucks. America is nicer than a lot of other countries, but the offer could offend someone. Also there is the fact that Bin Laden could already be dead, and the person who brings Bin Laden's body to our troops could be another terrorist. Then he gets citizenship and goes and blows himself up in our country.

Because they wouldn't want citizenship or the 25 million that the USA is offering. They are afraid that if they reveal bin Laden's location they would be hunted down and mercilessly killed. Furthermore, it is against Muslim law according to the Koran for a Muslim not to shelter another Muslim. Bin Laden is a hero and no one would dare turn him in.

Just an opinion but I think Bin Ladan is dead. I think he's been dead awhile.

The rewards of citizenship sounds good if that person was after that as their goal, but I believe the fear factor would keep them from doing that. There'd have to be a bunch of money tossed in and protection for all their relatives etc.

I still dont think it will happen because of my first reason.

Citizenship in the United States IS NOT as highly desired by the rest of the world as you might think. The $25 Million is a good amount, though in some parts of the world, the word of the U.S. does not carry alot of weight.

No one wants to join, they are busy trying to finish you all off.
What is the reward for Bush? Isn't Bush already paying 25 million for OBL? No one has collected.
