John McCain has sold out to Bush after Bush mopped the floor with him in the past dabates. He will be worse than Bush with ending the war. John McCain is Pro-Amnesty and actually designed the Amnesty Bill with John Kyle. And I am sure 5 years in a hole as a Vietnamese prisoner of war had some kind of impact on his mental stability.
Rudolph Gulliani has been proven to be an adulterer and he also lied to our Nation and New York about the toxic air and toxic levels at the World Trade Center. Firefighters and rescue workers are still dying today as a result. This issue will be brought up by Ron Paul at the debates and Gulliani will be exposed for what he really is, wrong for America.

All I was saying is why do people whine about when a LOCAL Government says it is no longer legal to smoke in a bar or public restaurant. You call it unconstituional. I do not care if you want to smoke on your property because it is YOUR Property, if you want to smoke in your car or in your home that is your choice and your place so you have more than enough right to do it. Also if you want to smoke OUTSIDE in the public it is ok because there is not guarantee to clean air and it show cigarette smoke does not affect people who are outside. My problem is with people who scream unconstitutional when a local gov't says we no longer want to allow smoking in our indoor facilities that are open to the public. Note: private clubs like the Moose Lodge and the Elks club are exempt from this law or your local VFW lodge.

Is there such a thing of persons in a large media company, hiring private investigators to tell people they cant see me or talk to me, when I need to. If these people are being lied to or misrepresenting my situation to them, how can I stop this personal violation of my privacy, and civil rights. how can I trace the people who started this and continue to do this?
Im being seriously harrassed and friends or relatives of people who were known to me are being told NOT TO SPEAK WITH ME and they use the misinformation as the source of the harrassment. ( people think ive accused them of something i didnt, and yet they wont reveal those who TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ACCUSED) this is gangstalking and I dont know how to convince people to BE IN CONTACT WITH ME to stop this .

It seems that EVERYTHING now is Federally-mandated. Unfortunately, when our founding fathers wrote the Constitution, that is NOT what they had in mind. EVERYTHING that is not directly in the Constitution is supposed to be up to the states.
That way, if you don't like a particular law (Abortion for example), you don't have to get it nationally reversed. All you have to do is get your particular state to reverse it, or move to a different state.
Abortion
Homosexual marriage
Gun control
Education policies
Crime punishment
--I am sure I am forgetting some
All of these should be STATE LAWS, but it seems that the feds are poking their noses in every one. Does anyone else want a return to the 10th Amendment?

Most people on here are clearly the types who deride Edwards simply for being an "ambulance chasing trial lawyer" but of course that's because they're simply parroting back the drivel they've been spoonfed all their lives. Here's a summary of Edwards' most famous case:
John prosecuted a claim on behalf of a 3 yo girl whose intestines were literally sucked out of her body when she sat down over a powerful suction pump in a kiddie pool which was inadequately covered by a flimsy plastic piece, leaving her dependent on medical assistance which would cost her and her family millions of dollars during her lifetime.
Testimony from pool design expert witnesses showed that a sturdy suction cover could have been provided at a cost of only an additional 25 CENTS, yet the defendants chose to utilize the flimsy plastic piece TO SAVE A MEASLY 25 CENTS PER PUMP.
That's how much businesses care about you. Your safety wouldn't be worth 25 CENTS to them if it weren't for people like Edwards.

i will hear over and over agian that if Americans didn't use so many drugs that,,there wouldn't be a problem
I belive this to be arrogant to the point of brainwashing , here is why
1, the drug cartel is Criminal activity
2, the drugs are sold mostly in the US becuse they can sell them for much more here,,,,not becuase of hunger ,but becuase of the amount of money people make
3, ANYWHERE drugs are sold,,people will buy them,,especially in Latin America, so don't give me to high horscrap moral attitude that Americans are just more likley to use drugs, in the town and villages that dealers infiltrate in Mexico,,,Cocaine addiction epedimics will spread quicker than this country,across the board,,in a couple years,,half a village will be hooked,,nobody is immune to addiction,,just a fact of life, drugs are just not as widley available or afforded there
