I went to India in 1978 and married I was 15 years old and from the U.S., my "husband" was 30 years old and from India, I was an emancipated minor in the U.S. and my husbands Father signed for me as guardian in India to be married. We came back to the U.S. a month later, and have had two beautiful children. My Husband is now deceased and I have been told since that our marriage was not really legal, and I was hoping a Lawyer in India could tell me if this is true? My parents had not given permmission, but I was emancipated so did not think I needed permmission. Any help is appreciated, and if it matters our children are over 18, so no one is expecting to get social security benefits!

a few years ago, i read about how the communists in america went underground beginning in the fifties during the mcarthy era and infiltrated the fields of academia, hollywood, politics, and the main stream media outlets of televison, newspapers, publishing, and radio. i scoffed at this idea...
presently, our schools at all levels are churning out america hating graduates and kids who can't read, write, spell, or do math and have no clue what goes on in the world around them.
we have politicians, business leaders, religious organizations, intellectuals, and regular joe's actively involved in the undermining of national policy.
we have actors, producers, and directors all making propaganda films and raising funds aimed at destroying the credibility of the united states and its leaders.
we have respected television, radio, and newspapers all actively supporting our enemies at home and abroad.
looking around these days, i have become convinced that what i read was absolutely correct.

Last september i went with my friend to look for a new cell phone/program thingy. Well her credit was bad and that meant she would have to put a down payment. THe guy suggested that i check if my credit is better and get the phone for her. I didn't like the idea because we weren't the best of friends and i already had a phone and the plan that she picked was for two people. anyways. we left the tmobile place with a family plan two phones. and only one person. well before the 14 days came up she decided that she did not like the phone she received so we went back and returned it. The guy said that i should change the name of the person in charge of thebill so that -she receives the bill. well i told her that i did not no longer want to be responsible for her phone. which in the beginnning was my fault. so she payed the down payment and got a phone under her own credit. well a couple weeks later i received the bill from when she had the phone and it was 180 dollars from text messaging.

Is it that, or is it because you can't challenge me in a formal debate on this whole immigration issue so you try to pull the race card as a weak copout.

Do not single out Mexicans because they are "Stealing our Jobs". People are just too proud to do the jobs that they are doing. So don't be mad cause they are cleaning your home or cooking your food in restauraunts. What about the Middle Easterners owning all of the gas stations, or the Eastern Indians taking all of the tech jobs, or all of the Phillipinos working at all of the hospitals. Should I go on. We all were illegal at one point in time. I am American with no Latino background at all but I still say gett off the Mexicans.

#1. The second Amendment means we should have NO gunlaws at all.
#2. We are not world police. While fighting countries that harbor and support terrorism is important, fighting terrorism is a joke, and we cannot fight a belief itself without declaring war on certain countries.
#3. Civil rights trump the need for safety. The government is over reaching with the PAT ACT and warrantless wiretaps.
#4 Government spending needs to be SLASHED. We need cut backs across the board, and we need to erase the bugdet deficit. If we need to borrow to spend, we are spending too much.
#5 The government needs to end the war on drugs. If people want to kill themselves, then let them. If drugs were legal and cheap, people would not be committing crimes to get them, or selling them to children to make money.
#6 Keep all religion out of all government. No federal money to faith based charities. No laws based on religion. Allow gays to marry, keep the government out of peoples sex lives.

On may different key points, the govt conspriacy theory doesn't add up, or makes very little sense. Especially since the FBI readily admits they really don't know how many illegal aliens were on those planes. This is a fact!! Since about 6 or 7 of the illegal aliens were posted on the news, they came out and said their passports were lost or stolen. So even the FBI admits in print and on the news - they themselves cannot legally confirm how many illegal aliens that actually were - so 19 is a vague and incorrect number from the start. Not being a wacko, or a nut, simply stating an undisputable fact!

There's lots of these facts - that even when mentioned, you are branded a 'wack-job'.

He complains that there isnt enough tollerance in the world but whats to ban religion, isnt that taking away our freedom. What happens if we said we want to ban gay people?

LONDON - Organized religion fuels anti-gay discrimination and other forms of bias, pop star Elton John said in an interview published Saturday.

“I think religion has always tried to turn hatred toward gay people,” John said in the Observer newspaper’s Music Monthly Magazine. “Religion promotes the hatred and spite against gays.”

“But there are so many people I know who are gay and love their religion,” he said. “From my point of view, I would ban religion completely. Organized religion doesn’t seem to work. It turns people into really hateful lemmings and it’s not really compassionate.”

I recently asked this ? in surveys. Let's try again in "Law/Police. I worked as a medic for 25 years...big city. I have never , and do not know of any Paramedic who has transported a "pot" patient who actually required treatment. To the best of my medical knowledge, there exists no possible "Overdose". I would estimate that (because of the zones I worked in) nearly 30 to 40% of all runs I ever did were alcohol related. Police! My friends...my co-workers of so many years. You guys know the truth. I am not supporting the smoking of marijuana, strictly said, the less smoke in one's lungs, the better. Isn't all the effort and money spent less important than dealing with the really dangerous substances out there. Cops...a last ? Who are you likely to tangle with? A s-faced drunk or a pot smoker?

God gives me the courage to post. I am praying for your family and for all the beautiful families that send their loved ones to protect our Nation.
PLEASE, ALL. PRAY TOO.
HONOR shown by our soldiers,& respect to their commanders are miracles most of us could NOT perform.
What MIGHTY people our soldiers are! To go out as Christ did to do what they are commanded to do.
A soldiers belief system is an example IN courage that ALL must duplicate.
THANK YOU ALL SOLDIERS for YOUR LOVE of us.From YOUR petty countrymen.
ThankYOU families that make the sacrifice, being with out them for their enlistment.
YOU all should be validated as the BEST of the STRONG,Validated and celebrated for YOUR GIFT to our country,in a time when people forget HOW WONDERFUL our LIBERTIES are.
The PURSUIT of happiness we are guaranteed is KEPT because our SOLDIERS and THEIR families LOVE of the USA~through the ages many lives changed by loss FOR us...
