Hi

My mother is terminally ill, and her memory is better some days than others.

She does not wish her husband (our step-father) to inherit her money. Therefore she needs to get a will sorted.

I take it that as her memory is poor a home will is probably now out of the question - am I right?

Also, with such a poor memory if she wrote a will with a solicitor, would this stand without being contested by her husband?

Any advice would be great!

Could you tell me who we are surrendering to?
Can you tell me who we're supposed to be defeating?

If so, can you tell me why it is taking longer to defeat someone than it took to defeat the Nazis and Japnese in WWII?

BTW, answering, "The terrorists" is not a satisfactory answer.

I heard that Fox owner Rupert Murdoch bought his US Citizenship for $0.99 from a $1 store and paid $0.05 tax. He was so pissed off he asked both Bush & H. Clinton to refund the $0.05 tax = doesn't want to waste $$$ on stupid Americans waving flags

MP's have decided to vote that their expenses etc should be outside of the freedom of information act. This is presumably so that they can put down expenses for their callgirls, nights out, jollies to various places and so forth cannot be seen by the public.

I want to post some of my poetry on my web site[when i get around to building one] Its not of any great value in literary or monetary terms but to me its very valuable. The thought of someone "stealing" my ideas and passing them off as there own would rankle with me.Im probably deluding myself but for peace of minds sake id be happier knowing i had some kind of right to them.
If anybody knows anything about this subject then please let me know.Id appreciate it

our accountant is struggling to give me a direct yes/no answer to my question whether I am or am not entitled to receive my (unused) holiday pay (I have worked for the company for 5 months and have not used my holiday). Accountant said he has to check laws on this one! gosh! I am sure this is not the 1st case of employment termination in the history of company, so does this mean none ever asked them the right questions?? I dont want to be fooled. it`s not the matter of money, it`s the matter of the company being unfair! wat do i do? what legislation acts i can quote to make them reconsider their policy???

I see all these criticisms of Carter for the hostage taking at the American embassy in Teheran during his administration. What do you think Bush would have done? Would he have been all macho and attacked thereby causing the death of them? Hey at least he could still pretend to be a cowboy.

I really want to join the Air Force as an officer but the recruiter that handles the officer candidates hasn't gotten back to me. It was the same thing with the Navy. The recruiting offices are for enlisted only. Any help in speeding up the process? I want to go ASAP. I have a college degree by the way.

My girlfriend and I got a little physical during an argument and the police was called out. My girlfriend and I were both arrested and charged w/misdemeanor domestic/assault and battery to a family member because we both assaulted one another. This is uncommon because usually in most cases only one person is arrested in a domestic situation which would be the perpetrator. The police said that we are both victims and both defendants. My GF & I have not been in trouble with the law, we laughed it off and made up after we bonded out on an unsecured/recoginance bond later that day. My Girlfriend and I want the get the charges dropped because we are going to counseling & we have made up. I called the District Attorneys office and told them we want to resolve this matter and drop the charges against each other. They said it’s a strong possibility but we needed to talk city prosecutor What are the chances of having to go to us jail time cause of a family fight? We have never been in trouble

The Republicans and the Democrats neither seem to be looking out for the interests of the American public and most appear to be in the pocket of Big Business, which runs the country, as evidenced by the recent immigration proposal. Do you agree or disagree with my contention?

i just watched the movie the Queen (which was an extrordinary movie by the way) and the way it showed Tony Blair to be living was just in a regular house, in a regular neighborhood, his driver would just drop him off at his house and he would walk up to his door by himself, which is actually pretty cool if it is thats true... so is it?
