About a month ago, I was caught for a misdemeanor by the Anaheim Police Department and since then my case has been transferred to the Orange County Probation Department. I recently received a letter that says I have an interview scheduled with a probation officer where the details of the case will be discussed. Can anybody tell me in detail what the interview would be about? Also, what's going to happen after the interview?

I was pulled over today ostensibly because I have a crack in my windshield. It is very high up on the passenger side and putting the visor down will hide it from my view. Where I was pulled over is known for improperly stopping vehicles to search for drugs and I am suspicious of the cops in that area.

It does not matter what your faith is or what companies you have in your pockets...what matter is that we have "leaders" who know the difference bettween right and wrong, good and bad, common sence vs self-serving interests. We do not have any viable "people" who can listen to the common "legal" citizens who want a cleaner enviornment, tougher/sensible and enforced crimminal laws. We need the violent and sexual predetors punished severly for their crimes against society and not allow special interests to dictate policy. Our judicial system actually holds us, the law abiding citizens hostage.

We also need a representitive body to actually represent the will of the "people", not treat us like we are blessed to have them in office...remember...we are the "owners" of our country and the politicians are supposed to work for us..."Of the People, By the People and For the People".

This is one "Jew's Pint of View" ... what's yours?

1 - I don't believe that renters in the ghetto should pay a higher sales tax so that rich guys can pay lower taxes on their golf courses. (I am Against the Fair Tax Initiative)

2 - I don't believe that a persons right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness should be contingent upon income. (I Support Universal Healthcare)

3 - I don't believe in putting walls around our country like Berlin and China and I think that we should help Mexico to stand proudly next to us like a good neighbor instead of letting American companies like McDonald's to continue to take advantage of the cheap labor that illegals provide. (I am with the Democrats on immigration reform.)

So do these things make me a socialist? If so... then so be it!

My wife was fired back the 1st of March of this year. Her official reason for being fired was failure to perform job duties. (This is the state of GA) She was 8 months pregnant and still working for this company. There was no warning letter, just a phone call saying you are being fired and we'll send you a letter why. She was blown away that she was fired. Is this worth getting a lawyer and fighting for the money? I dont know what to do.

A good friend of mine is in detox right now, trying to get clean. The last time she was using (yesterday), she called and asked me to pick her up from her dealer's house. When I picked her up, there were about 6 kids in the house and both parents were selling drugs right in front of them, along with people using drugs in the house. I want the police to know what's going on, but I don't want my name involved because I don't want anything to be tracked back to my friend. How should I go about letting the authorities know what's going on?

Why is it that I am expected, under the ruse of political correctness, to honor diversity, but at the same time, if I point out that hispanic families live twenty to a tenement I am considered a racist?

Honestly, if I make a flattering statement like, " No one can pick fruit like those illegals from Mexico!" I am considered a bigot.

If I say something sweet like, " Nobody can put his wife in her place like a Mexican husband...Did you see his wife's black eye? It shows up radiantly against her lily-white skin!" NOT ONE PERSON will commend me for honoring the interracial relationship! They say ignorant things like, "Racist! Go back to Europe!" And I've never even been there! Talk about the pot callong the kettle black!

I would love to travel internationally, but unfortunately for me, there are no low-buget options available to me like canal jumping. I truly admire our neighbors from Mexico; I find it splendid that they are so well travelled, and I admire their resoursefulness!
