Support the Troops. There should be no question there.
Bring the Troops home when the job is complete over there.

Supporting our Troops is the only way to Bring them Home. Without our support, they cannot do their job at 100%.

Please take the time to read this response FULLY before voting.
I recently got out of the military, and yes, you CAN support troops without supporting the war in Iraq. It's a political war based on deceit and special interests. Supporting troops has nothing to do with a war in Iraq.
As an enlistee I fully supported the war in Afhganistan. Still do. I also supported entering Iraq, still stand by that one. However, I don't support what this war has turned into: a political clownshow for financial gain, and at the cost of soldiers' lives.
I'd still support this war if the US government would take the leash off the military and let it do what it was meant to do. Kill, clear, secure. Give them the supplies they need, give them the manpower they need, and quit coddling political interests with this war so they can make money.
In reality, I'd like to see us completely pull out, let Iraq have it's civil war, and when the dust clears we go back in and set things straight.

I choose Support Our Troops because they are working hard in the war and they want to get out of their and they are trying hard to rebuild Iraq and train Iraquis troops so they can get home. Once the government and the military in Iraq can stand up for themselves then they will come home, but right now we need to help Iraq because no one else would.

I support our troops. I also believe that you can still support the troops and route for them to come home. They need our support. They are in Iraq just because it's their job. Most don't even care about politics, they are just doing what they enlisted for. Someone has to fight for our country!

I knew that the majority of answers posted here would be what they are and I was 100% correct.
I'm sorry, but you cannot say you support the troops by bringing them home!
Why? To keep us safe because we can't take care of ourselves? We need people who haven't done squat for their country to lecture us?
Let me ask all you bleeding hearts who say you "support the troops" by bringing them home. This may give you some insight into a soldiers mindset, even though you civilians most likely won't be able to grasp the concept.
What if I were a firefighter and was about to rush into a burning building to save lives or protect property? Would you people grab me and say "No..its too dangerous..you might get hurt or killed."?
But thats the diffrence between us and you. We do it because we chose to do it...I made a concious choice!
Thats my job and I will do it no matter what the danger is.
Because if I don't do it, who will? You? I doubt it.
So please don't feed me and my fellow soldiers/sailors/airmen/marines that same old tripe about support and bringing us home so we can be safe again.
Just like if we tried to protect firefighters and police officers from doing their jobs because we were afraid they'd get hurt or killed, we'd be living in a charred, anarchy ridden wasteland.

I think we should support our troops until they can come home for good!! They didn't choose to go there and have this war but they are standing up for our country and they deserve us to stand behind them and give them all the support they deserve!!

I support sending half a million troops there to finish the job once and for all.
But since we are not going to do that, we may as well bring them home now, as many alive as possible.
The current situation is doing nothing more than slowly bleeding our nation for no benefit.

I can't really choose only one, my husband is in Iraq right now and I support him, but I would love more than anything to see him come home!

they are there doing a job and working to protect the civilians there ans us back home
