Call the appropriate police department for that area and leave the detailed info and request to be anonymous. They probably have to ask, but you don't have to tell them.

Call your local police department and ask for the vice and narcotics unit. You do not have to leave your name just the info that you just stated. Even if you do give your name, it stays right in the department.
These low lifes won't even think of your friend for they have all sorts of ways of approaching these people. They could already have them under surveillance. When they do approach the house, afterwards these people do wonder who "snitched" and turn on each other.
Make that phone call and tell them what you have and if they will protect your name. I am sure they will.

Report the information anonymously. Hopefully, the police will do something. It is more difficult for them if they don't have a witness in some situations. However the drug house you describe would be busted by any decent officer.
i.e., don't call from your cell phone.

She's already involved. The only reason why you would know this stuff is because you were the one who picked her up there.
There is no easy way to get around this. If you want to report this, one way or another it's gonna come back around to why you were there.
I'd still go ahead and report it, cause your friend needs more help then you will ever know, and these criminals need to be held accountable for their actions.

CGIV76 is absolutely correct and you'll notice he/she also said to give "precise information."
Sadly, many tips come in with some information yet no point of contact to get clarification. You can talk to the officers directly and still tell them a contact number but wish to remain anonymous!
Best wishes.

You can leave an anonymous tip. Call the Sheriff's office and let them know what is going on, but tell them that you wish to remain anonymous.

You don't need to leave your personal info. Just call up, from a blocked number, and give every detail you have. Number of people, races, sex, addresses, kind of drugs, quantities, guns or other weapons seen, conditions of home, security they used, dogs, etc.

You can always always relay information without giving your name. Just make sure the information you give is as precise as possible.
