The only way to do that would to just dissolve the earth. Ok say all so called weapons go and there is no more air travel or computers as you can make weapons out of them. No grocery store as you can make explosives from things at the grocery store. No pharmecuticals for the same reasons.
Then you would have to eradicate all advanced knowlege regarding weapons making, mining, building, math and spoken language. Someone would build anew regardless.
Even if the world went poof and we all reappeared naked there would still be using a rock as a weapon.
The point is that it is not the weapons....... but society and people.

May be they wont b able to develop all the WOMD, but they would soon do it.
The history of man kind never shows us to be peace loving! leaving few exceptions. Some how we find ways to kill each other.
Dont worry about that, we would develop new weapons sufficiently soon!

Living organism would be instinct, survival of the fittest is a weapon of it's own accord. Living is a weapon.

of course, knowing humans , we would probably start right up with stone points and spears.
on the other hand , killing some one up close and personal is a very hard thing to do......ask any Veteran.

People would make new ones, and in the meantime use sticks, clubs and sharpened metal to make swords.
